I’d think more so in the military they would test for more recreational drugs but as hilly they mentioned putting more focus on the area but whether they enforce it or not is another question 🙏🏾

I agree here, it depends on what you are seeking to find out! Most companies will offer a full athlete panel which looks at everything – Eval Bloodwork analysis is great

I think give this a try and see how you get on with it you’ll also get to grip with if you can recover from it etc and how it feels

I’m the same here, I have always used a physical log book (note pad and pen) that way I can also add additional notes about how things feel etc or if there are any changes to things easily

I agree here! Apply a bit of pressure to ensure it’s in but should be no issue using that gauge and length especially depending on how lean you are

I think this is very person dependent and also what cardio you are exactly doing – only way to tell is see how you respond once you try

Hey Johan, as JP said – what supplement did you take? – but also if you are known to be tested the best thing to do is run any and all supplements through the banned substance list or stay away from any you are unsure of

With it the answer being no, I agree with Meg here! Allow yourself to come up a bit so you can feel good and fresh, then you can plan to pull in again when you feel mentally in a better place
