Different approaches for individuals but I’ve always had it earlier on in the prep and then can reduce closer when/if needed

Back! Been on a pause for a moment in my log as went through a death in the immediate family! He was ill for a while but passed very quickly which hurt so much as I was so far away and mum was going to FaceTime me in the morning while visiting him so I could speak with him and by the time she got there he was gone 😔 so it has been a tough few weeks as dealing with this being so far away has had my mind in overdrive and worrying about my mum!

Prep has continued, we are 10 weeks out now time has flown by! This week we are on a diet break and deload as I feel like I hit a wall this week so Kuba brought it forward ahead of next week scheduled timeline

I agree here, process of elimination may be the way to go in order to get to the bottom of the issue

⬆️ also with having the eggs in your pre workout meal? This may be something to consider making a switch

Definitely agree with the team here! Without seeing it is difficult to tell what protocol, as what you have will be down to your look

Everyone is different for sure!! Which ever routine suits you best in your lifestyle but if you can put it away from training so it doesn’t impact recovery too much

I agree with the team here, this will likely be a form and execution may be off a touch! Try to strip it down and build it back up, and also building muscle takes time 🙏🏾🙏🏾

I agree here with Meg and also the split she suggested – why not give that a go with the addition rest day inbetween

I’d think more so in the military they would test for more recreational drugs but as hilly they mentioned putting more focus on the area but whether they enforce it or not is another question 🙏🏾

I agree here, it depends on what you are seeking to find out! Most companies will offer a full athlete panel which looks at everything – Eval Bloodwork analysis is great
