Today was a tough one! It was the final good bye to my step dad! It was his funeral today ๐

Training push today, and hit my cardio this morning! Cardio felt good this morning! Legs a little sore from yesterday but nothing crazy! I have a busy day at work today but have some gaps and will train in my break

Weight up today but not stressing ๐๐พ๐ feeling more rested than the start of the week for sure!! Coming into single digit weeks out which is exciting but nerve wracking as well!!
Today I had work – and then home to get my check ins done, also had a client competing today in her first ever show which was lovely!!

Today is final day of diet break, the food has been going in well! And one of my clients today looked at me and said I look rested and my face looks better ๐๐

Diet break day 2 – busy day at work today but trying to rest as much as I can especially with. Minimal steps so in my break where Iโd usually train I went home to try and chill before heading back to work for my evening clients
