Honestly felt like I was hit by a brick wall this morning! But the day goes on!! Cardio and steps this morning as well as client work!! Getting my hair done today for a wedding next week and will also make the next couple of prep weeks easier not having to fuss about it hehe less to think about!!

Back to work today, not a heavy day at work which is nice! Sleep has been good woke up at 5am this morning ready to start my day as usual!

Flew back to Dallas today!! Wish I could have stayed to be honest! Hate seeing my mum have to go through this and then being so far away!!! Packed all my meals for my flight today as per usual and managed to get some sleep on my flight
