Full circle of training DONE!! So today was my day 8 of my programme which consisted of a Leg/Pull session!! It involved deadlifts (my absolute favourite)
– wide pulldowns
– tbar row
– lying ham curl
– pendulum widomakers (oh lord these were savage!! Good but savage)
– seated leg press widowmakers
– adductors
– toe press calf raises
Tomorrow is rest day for me and will spend it well and truly resting up ready to hit my push session on Sunday ????

I agree, if you are rushed and it’s the only way you can get your meals in then it’s no problem as long as you are hitting your protein intake all is well! Doesn’t wholly matter which source you get it from x

Morning everyone so I’m back in the UK! Well for the next 6ish hours before I head to Dubai for the weekend! Lots of travelling for me over the next couple of hours but again I prepped my meals before I left America to help me through today and I will get to Dubai tomorrow morning where I will check in with JP and Corinne x

I have never tried adding it to my water, I always add a few sprinkles to my meals! However if that is the way that you can get it in, fitting your lifestyle and job then that is okay x

Hey everyone! Had an amazing push session today!! I had to slightly modify a few things due to the gym not being fully equipped!! But tomorrow is leg day and I am going to visit powerhouse gym here in Florida!! Super excited xx

Aw thank you so much Kate!! I’m so grateful I can share my journey with you!America is amazing! It’s my final day today!! I was originally meant to be here for 2 weeks but I cut it short before I came out because of starting a prep!! Even though I can get everything I need out here, it through routine slightly as certain things are different!
My favourite thing about the states is how friendly people are and accepting! Alsoooooooo my favourite thing is there are always dogs in the gyms hahah!!

So current goal are actually getting ready for a potential show on the cards!! So I have applied for the Arnold’s and because it is an application process it’s out of our control who is chosen, so diet has been cleaned up and in essence I am currently on prep!! 🙂
Improvement wise my goal is to bring up my legs more so been really working hard on them!

I would try and get back onto a structure with your diet and training being 100 percent and then give allow yourself 1/2 days to relax over Christmas with family and then get back to it xx

In the logbook I saw target rep ranges.
Do you get them from Jordan?Hey yes so Jordan sets my target rep ranges!! If I hit them I circle it, if I go above I make note of it also so that I can try to keep a good track of weight and reps x

My favourite training day!! Legs/pull happened today!! The feelings I get before/during/after this session is a madness!! Also on this day we have conventional deadlifts WHICH ARE MY FAVE!! Today I hit my working set x 5 reps at what I thought was 180kg but when actually translating the USA pounds into KGs it was 183.7kg haha!! Bonus!! Then took my back off set right down to 100kg for 15 reps really focussing in technique and feeling the movement! Here is my logbook from today’s session!!

Hey everyone! So arrived safe and sound in Florida, checked in with the bosses JP and Corinne this morning as well, as Thursday is my check in day! Bought all my supps out with me as well so continuing my daily routine as I would if I was at home!! Today I’m training Push 2 at FAM Tampa this morning! Having to get my session done earlier than usual today due to it being thanksgivings and places being closed early!! What’s everyone up to today?? Xx

How do you package the meals for flying?
Hey Martin, so I will take my normal meals with me! Just no liquids, I have packed meals 2,3,4,5 which I will eat before arriving in the states! As you can’t bring food in! I land at 7:30pm USA time and then by the time I’m settled it will be time for my pre bed meal which is yoghurt, whey and chocolate which I will do a food shop for when I arrive ☺️☺️

Hey everyone!! Heading to Florida this afternoon for a week and then heading straight on to Dubai for the weekend!! Although I’m in a prep, this won’t be a reason for me to fall off plan!! I’ve planned ahead, prepped all my meals to fly with and will have access to an air bnb while I’m away!! Also going to train at Mi40 while in Tampa ???? so really looking forward to some sessions in there!! Xx
