So the biggest thing that has changed for me, is the structure of sessions and also the approach! So for example being on zero cardio and seeing my body change so much has been awesome! Also the training!! Like wow it’s been mental (a good mental hehe) strength is up, and getting there with the new movements as well!!
Hehe the doggo vids will forever be on Instagram haha love doggos!

Hahah!! so it was the time of week where legs/pull quickly comes around!! It scares me but I LOVE IT!! Today we hit a few rep PBs 180kg deadlift for 8 and back off 140kg x 15!! Also increased weight and reps on my T-Bar row! I am so happy with the programming at the moment!!Today was also check in day, we hit a new low of 62.9kg! weight is going down, diet is the same and still zero cardio!! So really pleased with how everything is going at the moment xx

Ohhhh a lot of variable to look at and assess on show day morning and also very much down to the individual! So when deciding alterations it would be dependent on how you are looking, time of the show etc etc etc xx

Rest day for me today!! Ready for LEGS/PULL tomorrow!! I always get so excited yet nervous for this session as it is non stop savage but definitely feeling the improvements so far!! Here is a quick picture side by side of 6 weeks difference!! 4 of which I’ve been under the watchful eye of the TrainedbyJP dream team xxx

Hey everyone so today was a needed family day❤️ things happen in life out of our control and it’s then that it makes you realise you can’t take family for granted!! So today we had a lovely day out in Brighton then a visit with my nana which I loved!! This meant that training for me had to be early doors! So I trained my push 2 session at 8am this morning!! I am so adamant to make sure all boxes are ticked no matter what I have going on!! Prepped all my meals the night before so I had everything with me for today!! I hope everyone has had an amazing Saturday xxxx

Such a good pull session today ???????? bent over row hit for 6 reps at 110kg then 100kg x 10 and 70kg x 15!! Really happy with chasing the log book at the moment!! Also checked in with the bosses today and my weight is down, they are happy so I am happy!! We now push on!! No changes to diet just yet and still at zero cardio!! ????

Check in day- 233.4 (up from 228.4). After 5 days full rest and just legs yesterday. But if water from 1st week of cycle but we’ll shift a bit of it as I get knee deep into training.
