Rest day for me today!! Much needed after legs ???? strength was good for legs yesterday!! Keeping that strength up so we keep density in the legs ???? tomorrow (Sunday) I will be training pull! Looking forward to getting back in the gym xx

Today was amazing!! Shooting with JM Manion at the NPC photo gym was incredible! I was also able to meet the President and Vice President of the IFBB Pro League ???????? I’m so pumped to get back to the UK and kick it for the next 5 weeks till the Arnold’s!! Feeling excited xxx

Currently sat in Atlanta airport awaiting my connecting flight to Pittsburgh!! ✈️???????? so I’m back in America for 3 days but for a very exciting opportunity to film with JM manion at the NPC Gym in Pittsburgh! To talk about the road to the Arnold’s as well as training and posing!! Super excited for this!! Xx

As Corinne said, it depends on body comp and how you are looking but again if weight is stalling then and strength is good I would increase kcals a bit more x

We’ve made some changes to diet today!! ITS ON!! my mind is back strong and I am ready to push on!! Prep by any stretch isn’t easy and to me over everything like hunger,tiredness, low energy I can cope with but mental doubt is always what gets me the hardest! But we are good I am ready to push and dig deeper! Laser focus and taking my mentality to new levels!! Strong mind, strong heart, positive vibes let’s GO ❤️

Forced rest day today!! Niggle in my back and neck flared up after yesterday’s session ???? so woke up this morning feeling very uncomfortable, I let Corinne know and we have reworked my split slightly for the week ahead!! Not a major issue but I just knew that I wouldn’t be at 100 percent in my session with the pain it was causing! But tomorrow I’m aiming to go and hit push hoping using today has given it time to chill xx

First session back in the UK today!! In all honestly I’m feeling a bit down in the dumps, a bit doubtful of myself and all in all just a bit glum!! I do get this time to time and never like to really talk about it because I don’t want people to feel a negative vibe from me as I love positivity but sometimes I get to a point where I just feel off! I know tomorrow is a new day, and shouldn’t dwell on how I feel too much! So looking up, remembering my WHY and pushing on! I hope everyone has had an amazing day!!
