Rest day today and final full family day! They eased restrictions a tad here so it meant that we could see my other auntie and her doggo which absolutely made my day!! It was such a lovely day and i have been so grateful to have them here and of had a place to stay for the past 9 weeks xxxx

Good leg session today, had to revert back to my old session due to equipment access!! But nevertheless it was still a very positive and good session!! 2 more days until I am home bound!! We will also get a plan set in motion with the bosses once i am home!! I cant wait to be back in my environment and to push on with my goals xxx

Pull today – back to limited equipment now until i fly home on Monday!! but that is okay, we made do before so we will make do now!! I can’t wait to get home now and into a routine!! Obviously i have one here and am with family that I am so grateful for but its just not home! I have been feeling a bit low and stressed the past few days and I think it is because I have been away for so long and now longing to get home and see my immediate family that I haven’t really seen properly since I left for Arnold’s OHIO!! which was at the beginning of March!! xxx

Back to the beginning today! Push!! and i have to say it is probably my favorite session as well as legs
counting down the days until i am home and I honestly cant wait for it!! I feel like everything will be much better when i am back in my environment – 5 more days xxx

As Kuba and Oscar said – it would come down to your programming! Increasing your session frequency on Push may help, so maybe x2 per week one focused on chest and the other delts but still hitting them in both

legs done today! Also been felling a little down recently, I think this whole lockdown and being away for so long has affected me more than I thought it would but I am keeping my head positive as I will be flying home in a 1 week!! Just cant wait to see my family xx
