Rest day today and my cousins wedding today here in the Cotswolds, with my jet lag I’m up early so got everything done this morning and had my egg whites 😋 packed my meals for the day and will be out for the rest of the day

So with this are you just setting it at 5 weeks or is it really because you are finding lifts are stalling and you are really fatigued? If you are losing enjoyment have you tried putting exercises that you enjoy into your program etc

Not sure where my entry went yesterday 😔 so two for today! I trained upper yesterday focusing on back and end of the session is shoulders some DB side raises, a normal busy day but did manage to get some good sleep wasn’t long but felt good this morning
Today I’m doing legs, seems to come round so fast haha!! Struggled to get off to sleep last night but needed up waking up early today but feeling okay had really bad allergies last night so my eyes were super itchy and throat but feeling better this morning after some medicine! Time to get the day started

Working 10-8pm today and it’s rest day today so as per usual started my day off with cardio and steps, it’s starting to get super hot here now so pushing to get everything done a little earlier each day 🙏🏾

Tried to up my melatonin last night and it didn’t go well this morning hahaha!! Woke up like a fuzzy bear 🤣🤣 back to my usual tonight!! Cardio done this morning and steps, it getting really hot here now so heading out earlier to get everything done!
Work today 10-8pm and will train in my break 😊

Feel better this morning! Had a good sleep last night and felt fresher this morning! Weight didn’t move but we continue to push I can’t believe how quickly time is flying!
Heading to the gym now to train and then will spend time at the mall this afternoon to stay out the house and busy
