Spent most of it on the education series on the site!! Honestly its soooooo good!! I’m really trying to use lockdown to improve mentally as well, and JP and Corinne are full of knowledge!
I have also found somewhere with equipment, they aren’t renting it out but its available for use in the warehouse being a controlled environment – so I may give this a try! I guess it will be a little bit like shopping but with gym equipment so I will let you know how it goes 🙂
Had a lovely facetime with my mum today as well!! And hopefully I will be homeward bound in the next couple of weeks when they relax the flight ban here 🙂 I will keep you all updated

I agree with Kuba!! Training fasted has little benefit for growth! Feed training much better for hypertrophy and performance x

check in day with the bosses this morning 🙂 Also trained legs!! Session was okay!! not as good as i have previously had earlier in the week!! but didnt let it effect my mindset!! good days and bad days will come but completing the session is what counts!! It was more that i couldn’t really connect with my movements today and I am not too sure why! But tomorrow is a new day and another day closer!!

Upper days today anddddddddddd managed to acquire some heavier bands which has helped so much!! Still on the hunt for dome heavier weights! The shop i went to for the bands is having a restock in 3 weeks time 🙁 which i am hoping i will be home by then!! But even just having some more bands is such a win and really changed the dynamic again of my sessions which has made me so happy!!
Still keeping up with my rehab work for my scapula and also implementing stretching into my daily routine now as well!! Everything is feeling good 🙂

This could be possibly be core control, bloat or maybe even just some excess BF at the moment.
Vacuums and core control techniques are really helpful but also if it is bloat/digestive issues I would track what you are eating to maybe help establish what could be causing it

Good day in the books today!!
trained legs and no sign of my migraine today which is such a positive! I have felt like me today, like a heavy grey cloud, pins behind my eyes and heap of tension has been lifted from my head!!
Tomorrow is rest day – where I like to get the majority of my steps in, in the morning 🙂 its also essential food shopping day where i will get everything I need ahead of my next day of meal prepping which will be Sunday 🙂

Have you tried to use the Diet Planner section on the site??
from reading through this – are you wanting to stay at a maintenance? or do you want to get leaner??
I see you have put that you want to lean out but know cutting is not ideal without full gym access – this is absolutely possible if you put your mind to it, there are even a few on this site that are in a cutting phase at the moment during lockdown – if you have the equipment at home and have access to cardio equipment or even steps outside you can absolutely make this work 🙂

Thank you Katie!! Feeling much better today!! It feels so nice to have been able to get outside and enjoy some light and fresh air!! I’m hoping that’s my migraines done for the next 3 years!! I just need to remind myself of my triggers x

Today has been a much better day!! Migraine subsided and finally rose from my little dark cave I made myself while my head was bad!! Feels good to be back in the light and getting some fresh air 🙂
Spoke with my nana today over whatsapp chat which was so lovely!! Missing everyone at home more and more each day ESPECIALLY my little old doggo!! Bless him, call me crazy but I have weekly facetime with him hahah when I ring back home 😛
Looking forward to legs tomorrow!! Got some good fire in my belly and mind is in such a good place at the moment even with having to slow down due to my migraine!

Hey everyone,
So yesterday and today i’ve been struck down with a migraine so apologies for being a bit quiet! I haven’t had a stint of migraines since 2017!! I checked in with Corinne this morning, and have been in a dark room every since, limiting screentime and making sure im getting in enough water and still getting my meals in!!
I am hoping this passes soon so I can get back to normal!! (as normal as can be)
I am still on the hunt for some more gym equipment too!! fingers crossed something comes up!

Hey Dean, I guess a mini cut would give you a little reset, but if you feel like you have got sloppy I would clean up your diet and adhere to it before maybe opting to do a mini cut x

As the team above have mentioned it may just be that you may just need to bring BF down a touch more. I think everyone has bodyparts in which lean out last and we just have to keep pushing until they come in 🙂
