    Rest day for me today!! with this new training split its:
    push
    pull
    rest
    legs
    rest
    repeat!!
    Still on a 12k step goal at the moment as well!
    Starting to feel better in all aspects at the moment! Need to keep a positive head on as i know ill be home soon and i honestly cant wait!! xx

    As Hilly said, getting a coach to stay accountable would be a good step
    Start with a kcal drop and then you can add changes based on how you feel and look

    legs done today! Also been felling a little down recently, I think this whole lockdown and being away for so long has affected me more than I thought it would but I am keeping my head positive as I will be flying home in a 1 week!! Just cant wait to see my family xx

    Rest day for me today!! And almost time for me to start packing to come home next week! Which I really cant wait for!! The weather was really nice here today so made the most of it out and about getting my steps in! 🙂 xx

    Really good session today!! Pull!! Incorparated some new movements as well!! Things felt really good! Just still in the hunt for equipment when I get home so I can jump straight back into training xx

    The same for men and women for abs 🙂
    Mainly 3 sets on each, I like to do rope crunches, hanging leg raises and tuck raises x

    Push day for me today!! good session!! Was in a really reflective head space trying to wrack my brains about the passing of Luke Sandoe!! It was such a shock to hear and didn’t seem real when I informed. Its an absolute loss to the the bodybuilding world!! I just hope he is at peace now! xx

    Rest day today!! Had a really lovely day!! Got my morning steps in in my usual spot, and then my auntie took me down a lovely place this afternoon for a river walk to get my afternoon steps in which was really nice! Really looking forward to getting started on my training split tomorrow!! xx

    Hey Sayed, as the team have said above. I would try going into a surplus (increasing slowly)
    and most definitely agree with Lara here, don’t be afraid to gain weight its all part of improvement and getting better 🙂

    Really good leg session today!! Corinne has also switched up my training plan which I am really looking forward to trying!! Hit some deadlifts again at the end of my session just to see how things are (kind of obsessed with them haha) pulled 170kg for 5 which im quite pleased with!! I have some new movements now in this plan which I am really excited about doing!!! xx

    Definitely agree with the team here,ee I think once getting back to the gym I would continue your split/routine prior to lockdown, but training cautiously as the team mentioned above and keep working sets at 2 🙂

    Keep positive the day is coming that we will all be back!! Coming out of lockdown will be a fresh start!

    Upper session done today!! didn’t have the access to the heavier equipment today so i done a bit of dumbbell DIY and tied them together haha!! But was a good session all in all, really focusing on MMC! I honestly can’t wait for gyms to re open, I know this situation is about adapting but i am missing it so much and i find training such an amazing outlet for my mental health xx
