Hey Rhodri,
I would agree with Lara here I was lower calories slightly or follow your rest day plan!! Everything is so uncertain in these times but I’m sure it won’t be long until there is a light at the end of the tunnel!!
However depending on how you train at home again your calories can be adjusted around that x

Hey everyone still here in the land of Oz!! Today i am at a animal sanctuary which is absolutely amazing!! Still off training at the moment!! And starting to itch to get back but I know it will do mu body some good!! I’ll keep you all updated with everything xxx

I’m an avid tea drinker! But i would use sweetner and coconut milk! In prep however I switch to drinking copious amounts of black coffee!! Also peppermint tea in prep as I always find this helps a tad when I’m struggling with my digestion x

Still out here in Australia! Hanging tight!! My flight back is March 25th but obviously if things escalate then I may have to look at a flight back sooner but for now we chill, keep calm and keep moving forward!! So new diet is going well, lots of foods I enjoy as well as getting some steps in as cardio has stopped as well!! Lots of scenic routes here which is nice and the weather is good which is keeping me in good spirits!! Hope everyone is doing well and staying positive in these uncertain times xxx

Hey bud, like the others have mentioned I would keep things the same until weight has stalled for a period!! If things are moving and you are still dropping continue as you are ????

Good morning everyone! So today is the first day of 1 weeks rest from the gym!! I’m not going to lie I know I’m going to be itching to train as there are such good gyms out here but I know it will do my body a world of good!! ????❤️
Corinne has set me such a lovely diet plan that I’m loving already!! I’ll update it for you guys in my diet section xx

I’ve got to agree with the ladies above!! If this works for you and you’ve noticed that it’s helping with strength on your pushing movements then this is great and I’d continue doing so!! Finding what works best for you and utilising it is brill!

So by now you would have heard the news that the ARNOLDS AUSTRALIA is cancelled!! So say I’m gutted was an understatement however I am grateful that I was able to compete last week in Ohio!! So….. what’s the plan now!! We are having a small offseason for the next 4 weeks and then going to do an 8week prep to hit a show in June!! However with the current state of the world we will just wait to see if shows will still be on!! Xxxxx

We have ARRIVED SAFE AND SOUND IN AUSTRALIA!! ???? @corinne put together a travel plan for me which again has been flawless!! I’m staying with my family while I’m here until I get to the host hotel on Thursday!! I’ve been in Australia about an hour hehe had my first meal and now going to catch up on some sleep and prep meals later and also have a training session xxx

I would say that weighing uncooked is much more accurate as the guys have suggested above!! But as Hilly said if you are limited for time cooked weight is okay also just as long as you are consistent with a single method that you choose x

How did you handle the water the day before the show and the day of the show ?

So we kept water in the whole time!! Day before show we had 4 litres and show day we had 100mls water with each meal before stage!! Then we upped it too 150mls inbetween prejudging and finals x

I’m equally excited for Australia as I was Ohio! Obviously Ohio has history but I’m buzzing to grace the Australia stage ????
So the plan post Ohio has been EAT EAT AND EAT!! Like never before hehe plan is to fill out more and then come back in CRISPY!! So far we are on zero cardio post show xxx_________________________________________

So this is what we planned leading into show for Ohio! From when I landed Sunday evening – Thursday which was 1 day out ???? @corinne was incredible with planning and timings!! And even with the time difference was there for me no matter what!! It was incredible!! XxInstagram - @rheagpt

I agree with a lot of the guys above in terms of putting it away from your session is great, however if it’s a necessity during a prep to have it PWO then it’s also fine! If it’s a training day of a body part that needs to grow for example for me – like legs for example I would put it away from pwo until it’s a necessity during prep to have pwo cardio every session x
