    Okay I think I spoke to soon!! Jet lag hit me like a ton of bricks haha!! But today I trained and felt good!! Slowly getting into a routine now and hopefully will fight this jet lag quickly!!! X

    As others have said, I would try to finish it in good time before you finish your workout but try to just down in super quickly either, sip it steadily throughout and maybe diluting it a bit more?

    Good morning everyone!! I am finally back home in the UK and I already just feel so much better!! I am not too jet lagged which is a bonus for now, I just need to make sure that I am on top of my sleep these next coming days!! Going to also use the next few days to build a routine and get adjusted to how things are in the UK at the moment!! When I next check in with the bosses we will then create a plan of action moving forward! But it is safe to say that now I am home and getting settled I feel so much happier and motivated xxx

    As many have said, i think it would be addressing food choices in which may affect your digestion using process of elimination. Also walks around your meals can help as well as digestive aids if you are struggling x

    SO THE DAY HAS COMEEEEEEEE!! 4 hours until im onboard a plane heading back to the UK!! my flight is at 10:30pm aus time and i land tomorrow 12:35pm UK time!! I am a bit anxious for the journey ahead but I have soooo much hand sanitiser and wipes, also some masks as well!! Can’t wait to be home xxx

    Rest day today and final full family day! They eased restrictions a tad here so it meant that we could see my other auntie and her doggo which absolutely made my day!! It was such a lovely day and i have been so grateful to have them here and of had a place to stay for the past 9 weeks xxxx

    Good leg session today, had to revert back to my old session due to equipment access!! But nevertheless it was still a very positive and good session!! 2 more days until I am home bound!! We will also get a plan set in motion with the bosses once i am home!! I cant wait to be back in my environment and to push on with my goals xxx

    Rest day today and check in day! Had a good day exploring and getting in my steps! The weather is also really nice over the next few days so definitely going to make the most of it in the 3 days i have left here!! xx

    Hey Catalina!! I would for sure explore the education section as rich and the team said there is some great content in there especially explaining energy balance in some depth and steps to take in order for optimal growth 🙂 xx

    Pull today – back to limited equipment now until i fly home on Monday!! but that is okay, we made do before so we will make do now!! I can’t wait to get home now and into a routine!! Obviously i have one here and am with family that I am so grateful for but its just not home! I have been feeling a bit low and stressed the past few days and I think it is because I have been away for so long and now longing to get home and see my immediate family that I haven’t really seen properly since I left for Arnold’s OHIO!! which was at the beginning of March!! xxx

    Back to the beginning today! Push!! and i have to say it is probably my favorite session as well as legs 🙂 counting down the days until i am home and I honestly cant wait for it!! I feel like everything will be much better when i am back in my environment – 5 more days xxx

    As Kuba and Oscar said – it would come down to your programming! Increasing your session frequency on Push may help, so maybe x2 per week one focused on chest and the other delts but still hitting them in both 🙂 x
