    Good morning / evening here in Australia!! Today I done my upper session and my gosh I’m feeling it!! It’s really what I needed to help kick my mind back in gear!! ????I’m also working on my mobility daily! Really utilising this extra time to upscale and elevate my physique! Xxx

    I know many who self coach and have been successful!! Hats off for giving this a go!! I think my main tip would be make sure you stay accountable to yourself and if you can have someone you trust (not necessarily close to you) that could give a second and non biased opinion! Looking forward to hearing about your journey!! Keep us updated xx

    Much better day today!! Head is in a good place right now! I go through waves of struggling to see the light at the end of this tunnel but I know it will!! Maybe not straight away but the world will get through this!! Even my sleep pattern has worsened slightly from worrying all the time but working hard again to fix this!! ???? anyways Corinne has sent me a new home training plan which looks awesome!! So I’m so happy to crack on with that!!! xx

    This could be an allergy or intolerance maybe??

    I would try go through the process of elimination or keep note of what you are eating and how you feel afterwards x

    Checked in with the bosses this morning! I’m definitely happy with my mindset at the moment, in terms of I feel in a really good place despite what’s going on and still being out here in Australia!! But not too happy with my body at the moment which sucks so hard!! Been slack on my fluid intake the past few days as well so really just feel blahhhhh!! But not going to dwell on it!! Today is a new day – even though we are not sure what shows will actually go on this year I have wrote down some in which I would like to do – to give me some light at the end of this everlasting tunnel xxxx

    If you have a cardio type you enjoy then I would do that!! Ensuring you keep your heart rate up!! Watt bike is awesome by the way ????

    Hey Ryan,

    Increasing volume in your meals – so upping your veg intake!

    Also increasing fluid intake around meals to help you feel fulll!

    And keeping as active as you can to keep your mind off food x

    Sounds like you are still enjoying your time in Australia despite everything that’s happening!
    Did you write yourself a new program for the time being or are you following one that’s been given to you to work around with what equipment you have at the moment? x x

    Yeah just trying to keep as positive as I can???????? and remember that I have a roof over my head and safe place to be so I can’t be down about that ????❤️

    So I’m trying to base my home sessions to as close as my normal plan – my auntie has a few free weights, steps, bands and other bits that I can use! In my next check in with the bosses we will have more of a plan in terms of training but for now I’m making do with what tools I have!! Gyms here only closed Monday after I was due back to training after a week off which was so heart breaking but again anything to stop this virus ????❤️

    So had an awesome home workout yesterday and JHEEEEZ I’m feeling it today!! Obviously no heavy lifting at home but my goodness time under tension and throwing in a bit of high rep work has left me with doms this morning!! How is everyone coping with the lockdown?? Just want to say – stay positive ???? this will pass and we will come back stronger than ever xx

    Good morning everyone!! Still here in Australia at the moment and at this rate will be for the foreseeable future as this pandemic heightens! But I must not stress about what I can’t control!! Gyms are also now closed here!! But my auntie has some home gym equipment that I will use to/be creative with!! I’m hoping and praying so hard that this passes soon!! But boy oh boy it’s made me appreciate EVERYTHING and express so much gratitude for the little things in life xxxx

    Hey everyone!!

    Still having time away from the gym and I’m hoping by the time I return to the gym that they won’t be closed here in Australia!! But if they do, there isn’t a lot I can do – the guidelines are imposed for a reason to help protect public safety ???? I’ve been following my rest day diet and enjoying it so much!! Still hitting 12 k steps per day and settling into a good little routine while I’m here xxx
