    You want to make sure you reverse out and then build up again keeping an eye on visuals , youโ€™ll tend to see people rebound and slab weight on quickly and soften up due to eating everything and anything after a dieting phase which is counterproductive

    Yesterday felt good! Todayโ€™s a new day and another closer to stage!! Woke up feeling good this morning! Cardio and fasted steps done! Working 10-6pm today and will train in my break as usual ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Back to it today! Another new low this morning which was really nice to see!! Going to train today and currently getting my fasted steps done ๐Ÿ˜Š had to force myself back to sleep this morning as I was ready to start the day at 3am ๐Ÿ˜‚

    Hey Jack, I agree here!! Increase them EAAs to around 20/25g and if you can Iโ€™d put in MPS Max in place of๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ also getting performance fuel or sustain as your intra carb

    Another rest day today with training day food! Had a good sleep last night weight holding after yesterday a teeny tiny drop!

    Hey Gonzalo, I agree that this comes down to what you can recover from ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ so give it a try and see how you get on and as rich mentioned if need be you can make the shift to an upper/lower split

    Flight got delayed yesterday so didnโ€™t land until 9pm but we live not too far from the airport so was home and in bed by 10:30pm

    Checked in this morning with Kuba, full rest today with training day food and then will re do weight in the morning

    My signal was not very good yesterday so my updated log didnโ€™t actually post ๐Ÿ˜ข
    But it mainly said that yesterday was the last day away for the wedding in the Cotswolds and it was a lovely time! Woke up at around 4:40am got my steps and cardio done โœ… and got ready for the day! We also headed back to London

    Another standard morning doing what needs to be done! Flying back to Texas today ๐Ÿ˜ข sometimes wish I could stay home for longer ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ I should land at around 8:30pm CST and then I can head straight to bed once I get home! I have all my meals with me for the plane this afternoon

    Woke up early again this morning and had a lovely early night last night! Body weight is holding again but we had a good drop last week ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ still keep pushing now as show day is approaching fast now!

    Heading to the TBJP x Shed again today for another session!! The gym is unbelievably good

    Had a lovely time at the wedding yesterday, definitely got all of my steps in haha!! Early start this morning as jet lag gets me up nice and early, headed to get my cardio and steps in! And later heading out and about with the family
