Flight got delayed yesterday so didnโt land until 9pm but we live not too far from the airport so was home and in bed by 10:30pm
Checked in this morning with Kuba, full rest today with training day food and then will re do weight in the morning

My signal was not very good yesterday so my updated log didnโt actually post ๐ข
But it mainly said that yesterday was the last day away for the wedding in the Cotswolds and it was a lovely time! Woke up at around 4:40am got my steps and cardio done โ and got ready for the day! We also headed back to London– todays log ๐
Another standard morning doing what needs to be done! Flying back to Texas today ๐ข sometimes wish I could stay home for longer ๐๐พ I should land at around 8:30pm CST and then I can head straight to bed once I get home! I have all my meals with me for the plane this afternoonInstagram - @rheagpt

Woke up early again this morning and had a lovely early night last night! Body weight is holding again but we had a good drop last week ๐๐พ still keep pushing now as show day is approaching fast now!

Had a lovely time at the wedding yesterday, definitely got all of my steps in haha!! Early start this morning as jet lag gets me up nice and early, headed to get my cardio and steps in! And later heading out and about with the family
