PUSH DAY TODAYYYY!! Onto my second rotation again!! What has already been a positive week of training I am so excited to get back at it!! Push is definitely a session where I really want to progress, even though the increments of progression have been slower than the other sessions, its getting there! xx

Had such a good rest day today! Had a little adventure to get out of the house (not breaking the lockdown rules though) which was lovely, I find that sometimes on rest days I can get into my head so I am making sure that i get out the house on rest days, not only to do my steps but for a change of scenery 🙂 It was lovely in the evening, I walked to the park to finish my steps and watch the sunset with my little sister 🙂 x

LEGS LEGS LEGS!! Had a fab session today!! Numbers were up again from last rotation!! Things are getting fun now hehe!! Mind is in a good place when training!! So so so focussed!!! Legs are feeling battered now hehe but ready for a good rest day tomorrow xx

I’m going to experiment with dropping the peptopro and keeping the carbs in and identify exactly what the issue is, once I’ve done this I will drop whatever it is out ????_________________________________________

And as Ryan mentioned that are many that don’t actually use any at all x

Rest day for me today!! and OMG i feel wiped out from yesterdays pull session!! I felt the same last week!! But today i am feel super tired/drained, struggling to focus and quite sore!! But taking it easy today in terms of stress, getting my steps in today and going to have a nice early night and make sure i unwind nice and early xx

Pull went down today!! And had such a good session!! PB on sldl 140kg x 8 and then other movements had weight increases so this made me happy!! Felt so wiped out after my session!! Early night and chill!! Ready for rest day tomorrow xx

As viewed above – usually like to take a bit of a deload post show (depending on when the next show is) but taking priority of rest and recovery most definitely, reducing cardio but keeping steps in to keep moving, also keeping a structure with food! Meal off evening of show and day after and then back on a structure x

Had a really good push session today!! Improved numbers on this rotation and some movements even though the numbers where the same, reps were increased so i still walked away from the session super happy!!
Hip was better today could actually get in and out of my mini pain free which was a bonus hehe!! Really looking froward to the week of training ahead!! Mind is in a good place!!xx

Rest day for me today!!! My legs are DEAD from yesterday’s session!!
Spent today mobilising and stretching!! I’ve had a couple of niggles in my hips and right ankle! So trying to keep on top of them until I can get treatment!!
They aren’t stopping me from doing exercises but my ankle gets a lot of jip when doing calf raises so we are switching up the movement to have a play at finding a pain free movement xx

Had a really good leg session today!! Hips have been a bit tight however mobilising and stretching as much as I can at the moment!! It was also check in day which was good too! Weight is down .1 granted this was after a rest day but at least weight is stable at the moment ????????
Everything is feeling good at the moment with training and been getting in some good sessions!! Feels so good to be back xx

Rest day today!! LORDDDDD it was needed!! Lower back, hams and lats have been on fire all day haha!!
Meal prepped today as well as going on my little nature walk!! Had a lovely chat with megs today as well!! Can’t wait for restrictions to be lifted to head up to the Mecca of the north to train with her xxx

I would eat whatever digests well 🙂 so perhaps give toast a go instead of forcing down oats if they don’t sit well with you x

Pull day today!! had a really good session even got a PB on defecit SLDL 8 reps at 130kg!! so have been a happy ree today with that hehe!! (the little things right)
Last day of meals today so tomorrow is rest day so will be meal prepping and having a chill day tomorrow and getting my steps in 🙂
feeling good at the moment with things and definitley getting settled into a good routine again xx
