    Hey! How do you plan to improve your sleep score?

    Hey Martin,

    So I am going to try and do this by unwinding earlier and making a habit of it, so that I can have an even more restful sleep!! Sometimes I really struggle to unwind in the evenings, so going to really work on nailing my evening routine. May also look at some sleep supps πŸ™‚

    Good morning!! Sleep is definitely getting better!! In terms of waking up clearer and ready to go!! I do need to focus on the time i fall alseep though!! And aim to improve my sleep scores! But the new routine I have in place is definitely helping with more peaceful nights sleeps which is a bonus!! Now just to perfect it!

    Today is a training day and i will be training around 12ish today! feeling a bit sore today from yesterdays session but again it was the first upper session since having treatment on friday which would explain a lot haha!

    Got some meal prep to do as well today which I will probably hack this morning so that post training I can relax and recover and maybe even schedule in an afternoon nap hehe!! xx

    Had a really good session today ???? woke up crazy early at 3:30am but got my day started anyways!! En route back home now, going to finish my steps this afternoon as well as going food shopping and meal prepping xx

    rest day today!! Lots of stretching and mobilising again today! As well as my rest day cardio done and dusted!! Had a really good first week on prep!! 14/15/16 weeks to go πŸ™‚ xx

    ohhhhhhh you can try some podcasts, BB youtube or even the educational section on here!! I sometimes find a good series or film on Netflix to get into πŸ™‚

    Leg day for me today!! Cant wait!! Feeling refreshed after having acupuncture on my back, glutes and hamstrings! I am going to try and get in to get treatment fortnightly to keep on top of everything!! As I want to make sure especially in current circumstances to make every single second of this prep count and as smooth as i can xx

    Really good rest day today – was also check in day!! weight is down by .4 and we are introducing a bit fo rest day cardio!! We still have a lot of time on our hands but we are assuring to nail each and every week leading into these shows!! I CANT WAIT xx

    I have a foldaway bike from amazon that I used in previous preps which worked well, however I also got a cheap gym membership to the gym near my house for AM cardio and also go out to get steps as well

    Good morning!! today is a pull day and its actually one of my favourite sessions!! I have SLDL programmed in which I am really loving at the moment!! Things are feeling good at the moment!! πŸ™‚ Gutted about the gym announcement the other day but we have lasted thus far and hopefully mid July will opening for the gyms (fingers crossed) these circumstance won’t deter my current plans!! Time to keep pushing xx

    Having someone who understands what you do is such a blessing! Keep her reassured and just be honest about the process and how you may end up feeling (tired/hungry/mood swings maybe) and just help her to understand the process and that it wont be like that forever πŸ™‚ and maybe plan something post prep like time away or something (given the current circumstances)
