Oooooohhhhh I get into a series on Netflix / watching the same thing hehe!! Watch YouTube, also educational section on here is BOMB, a good playlist and also getting into podcasts during cardio too!!

I wouldn’t ignore the issue, going for the process of elimination to find the route cause or maybe try to switch it for something else? also pushing back the time you eat from the time you are aiming to go to sleep x

My entry for yesterday has gone ? so I will double update you all!! Yesterday was rest day and also had an online doctor’s consultation as I haven’t been feeling 100%!! My symptoms haven’t been in line with covid so that is a breath of fresh air!!!
Other than that I am feeling good!!
Today I’m going in for pull! I feel better than I have done the past few days so I will give it shot and see how I get on!! Xx

Hey Martin!
So we like to keep cardio as far away from training as we can at the moment!! I do prefer fasted, especially to help me feel a bit hungrier before I have my first meal!! We sometimes utilise cardio in the evenings as well! x

Have to agree with Clare here, as she has hit the nail on the head with that! Especially if you are feeling tighter/leaner this is also a sign that you are losing BF! The scales are just one tool, so try not to beat yourself up if weight doesn’t always drop x

Happy Monday everyone!! Back on the bike this morning with 30 mins cardio fasted! We have cardio on rest and upper days at the moment! Moved my stationary bike outside in the garden for a change of scenery haha! So training pull today ? really enjoy this session! Have SLDLS again today!! From a deficit today! X

Rest day today!! Been a lovely one!! Had some posing clients this morning and then an interview with MD Global Muscle this afternoon!! Got my steps in, and around these things and finished them by a walk to see my dad and sister ❤️ back to training tomorrow ?

You can either weigh them, and like Jamie said around 100 – 150g or you can go by eye 🙂 which ever you choose I’d just be consistent with it 🙂 xxInstagram - @rheagpt
