    Legs done today felt good!! Long day at work today our schedules are getting filled up now with more new clients as the new year rush but getting situated now to get used to it! Improvements on loads today and knees also felt good 🙏🏾🙏🏾

    So you could add in steady state across the week but if you are heart set on HIIT I would put it away from training sessions and leg day so it doesn’t impact recovery

    Hey Ander – I completely agree with Joe on this one! Forget about percentages and increase load gradually a couple of reps on each until you feel warm and ready and then send it into your working set – you don’t need to over do it on the warm up sets

    Leg day today it was a good session – I trained first thing this morning had my pre meal as meal 1 and then went and trained and it felt pretty damn good!! Sleep was ok last night – I was tossing and turning but woke up feeling good so I guess that’s a win

    Rough start to the morning as power was knocked out for 5 hours, so slight meal variation in order to eat without using any power 🙏🏾🙏🏾 training today Upper! Slept really good last night
