    Yeah don’t know about that one – as JP says we all use the cream of rice as it digests very very well

    Ouch, this looks rather sore!! I would definitely leave the delts alone for a while and try other sites – let the delts heal fully

    Rest day today, sleep wasn’t great last night but feeling okay, busy day at work today keeping my mind busy! Fasted steps this morning was chilly as it’s cooling down here in Texas – BUT the new TBJP clothing keeping me warm!
