    Rest day today, feeling okay today just pushing on daily now, work today until 7pm and then another early night sleep, energy dips a lot in the evening now for sure

    Tired today but feeling okay!! Trained upper today, pumps have left the building haha but was a good session!! Working today but not a too long day then I can go home get ready for tomorrow and bed early

    Leg day today, felt good did get gassed out quite quickly today but all in all a good session

    I agree with the team here, try not to overthink it! Back off set usually higher reps and slightly less load

    I saw the doctor today and he said „Just take 4 weeks off and do nothin“… I live in Germany and I Tell u the doctors here Are garbage as fuck…

    I have an apointment Tomorrow for an MRT to Check the spinal and neck and See if this cause the Problem. Maybe a Prolapse? Dont know …

    Try not to overthink it, but yes generally there is progression through each split, pick one you enjoy and get the most from/can recover from
