New low today which I was happy to see! Let day today which was a decent as it could be session load still held which was great just energy was lacking but all in all good session and pleased with it! Another day minimal steps and my dad gets into town today which makes my heart happy!! FaceTimed mum about 3 times today to check in with her and make sure she is doing okay ❤️

Could for sure be a side from the peds, also try changing shampoo and body wash – to either medical or fragrance free and washing it more frequently

Rest day today we added a few more carbs throughout the day and minimal steps, work today 10-6 and then a nice early night to chill and head to bed early ready for a new day 🙏🏾

I for sure agree with the above! This variables can contribute to lifts stalling! Rest and recovery is just as important

Happy Sunday! This week has zoomed by! Little weight drop this morning and a step forward with the look that I’m happy about! Fasted steps this morning as it’s leg day! Had posing clients this morning and done some cleaning of the house (helps my mind) and also had a FaceTime with megs which always makes me happy 😊

Rest day today – started the day with check in and then cardio and steps, 1/2 day at work today which is nice so once I get my steps finished I can chill and have an early nights sleep

Busy work day today – 11-8pm but training push in my break, feeling okay today had a good sleep last night, energy dips hard in the evening so as soon as I’ve finished work it’s home/last meal/shower bed
