    3 days out! Eeeeek! Some carbs going in today and a leg session! Woke up with brick legs tends to happen but steps at 10k and spending the morning with my dad as he goes back this evening to the UK ๐Ÿ˜”

    Push day today! No cardio today just steps which we have brought down to 14k, I have work today until 6pm and then catching up with my dad this evening as he goes back tomorrow evening ๐Ÿ˜Š

    I agree here movement is a must but depends what you need to bring up on your physique, in agreement – RDL over ham curl and can follow with hip thrust

    Legs today! And working 1/2 day! It was lovely to watch finals yesterday at Texas pro with my dad and we will go again this evening once Iโ€™ve done everything needed for the day ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Upper day today – another new low weigh in this morning! Work this morning was very tiring but had a really good session, spending the afternoon with dad and going to watch finals of the Texas pro, and another early night for me

    I agree here – depends on time/season! However access how you are feeling if you are really fatigued rest or if itโ€™s just pure tiredness just take your time and warm up very well

    New low weight this morning, rest day today we are running no cardio today but hitting all steps ๐Ÿ’ช long day at work today until 8pm but my dad will come and meet me in my break and we will get coffee and catch up some more โค๏ธ
