Rest day today – fasted steps and full day at work today! I didn’t sleep the best last night as I had David on my mind and got a bit upset before bed but feel better today and had a nice long FaceTime with mum ❤️

So new training split will be – upper/legs/rest/legs/rest then back to the beginning with 2 upper variations and 2 leg variations
Felt like I was getting poorly yesterday but took some medicine last night and this afternoon hoping it doesn’t develop into anything more! Had a good session today just took my time with everything
We have taken out cardio for the moment also

I agree here set 4l as an absolute minimum, you can also use the TBJP peak hydration in the morning as well as tracking your salt

Back to it today! Hit legs this afternoon which felt good! Knees a little creeky so didn’t go crazy but movements felt good! Fasted walk this morning and a FaceTime with my mum was lovely! Had posing clients this afternoon which was also great

What a day yesterday!! Very different scenario regarding prejudging as it was at 5pm but the day couldn’t have gone smoother and we are heading back to the Olympia 🙏🏾⭕️ this prep hasn’t been an easy and big shout out to Kuba 🙏🏾
So here we are now 8 weeks out of the Olympia and driving back to Dallas now from Mississippi! New diet set and ready to keep pushing to improve 🙏🏾

Hey Alexander, I agree here – extend the diet phase a little longer so you can get a touch leaner before pushing up, and when the time comes, doing this slowly so BF isn’t just being packed on

It’s show day today!! Weight down again this morning and just overall just taking it all in, this road to the stage hasn’t been straight especially after loosing my step dad 😔 first show without him and just want to go out there and do him proud!
