Leg day today! knee felt a bit better today much more connection in my quads which made me happy!! Working today 11-7pm and early nights sleep tonight I’m wiped after that session

Rest day today! I felt so tired yesterday and a bit this morning but rest day today and long day at work!! Fasted steps this morning weather has cooled off a little here in Dallas which is nice, little drizzly with rain today which is a nice change from scorching heat hehehe

Legs 2 today, and check in day today we are continuing higher food this week and then dropping the hammer back into a deficit next week which will see us at 5 weeks out🙏🏾 all in all feeling okay! Work today 10-7pm and as usual will train in my break

Key is to plan ahead and make it happen, you can also travel with the dry food sources and freeze your other days food so it can thaw and be ready for when you need it or making food source swaps that work with your plan! But either way travel and staying on plan where there is a will there is a way

This weekend was bloody brilliant! 2 x 1st places for my team of WPD over the weekend , both bringing their best packages to date anddddd a bloody brilliant leg session at the shed this morning.
There is nothing better than a session where just everything clicks – and today was that day! It’s very much set my week up to be a bloody awesome one!
I am going into another peak week with my lovely client cat, so will be getting show stuff ready once again. Very excited for another weekend away supporting my clients!
Push on the cards tomorrow and I’m feeling good !

Busy day today!! Started with my fasted steps and then had work this morning and in person posing clients that came in from Oklahoma which was lovely! I then trained legs it was a good session knees are still a bit rough but trying to keep them as happy as I can
