I agree here – adding in a stiff leg dead in your lower you could have it in both and A – have it at the start and B- have it towards the end

Rest day today and getting body work after work today to sort my back issue 🙏🏾🙏🏾 nothing much to report on today other than we are now 4 weeks out and not a moment or step to be missed

Legs 2 day today! Busy day at work today – 11-8pm after the meeting today I will train! Fasted steps done this morning and still have pain in my back, I’m starting to think it’s a rib slightly out rather than anything else as I’ve rolled/stretched/heat and nothing has helped and it also hurts to breath

Thanks guys – As my boss is my dad I managed to rebook into a guest house with a full on kitchen 🤣 week saved

Leg day today and actually going to have my leg session with Bex which will be nice I don’t usually have someone to train with! She is in Dallas over from Dubai! This morning had my fasted steps which was nice as the weather so far this week has dropped to a crispy temperature! Working today until 8pm and then early night sleep for me

Hey Marko, I agree diet looks okay however you could now start to increase output – taking your cardio up to 4/5 per week rather than 2

Rest day today – fasted steps done this morning 6k steps – been having a horrible headache this morning which has been really rough but taken some meds and will keep up my fluid today as usual

I don’t change my supps training day vs rest day – I keep it the same and consistent as Haider mentioned if there is a day that I feel more smashed then I will up dose of unwind, magnesium and cure coming

Legs 2 today! Was a good session today! I will admit that had a lay in this morning just till 7am rather than 5am, I just felt this morning as well as woke up nauseous when I woke up! So a slow morning but still getting everything done this morning fasted steps, work, cleaning the house and training session 😊
