Lovely fasted walk this morning catching up with my mum! Making sure she is doing okay! Weight down a little today and we have set a metric goal for the end of the week! Which is great!

I have two posing clients in a San antiono pro today so went to see them! Cardio done this morning and had great bodywork yesterday I mean she is brutal but gets the job done for sure

I agree here – adding in a stiff leg dead in your lower you could have it in both and A – have it at the start and B- have it towards the end

Legs 2 day today! Busy day at work today – 11-8pm after the meeting today I will train! Fasted steps done this morning and still have pain in my back, Iโm starting to think itโs a rib slightly out rather than anything else as Iโve rolled/stretched/heat and nothing has helped and it also hurts to breath
