    I agree here switch out the broccoli for courgettes/spinach/asparagus to keep it low volume/ you could also use the TBJP veggie might pro as well in the AM
    Pineapple is great you could also have berries too 😊

    Weigh the oil so you can be consistent and also have that included in your diet or simply use a 1cal fry spray to do it

    Upper day today – got it done earlier today as I was up super early and couldn’t get back to sleep so got my day started!
