Legs today – and made some changes which is exciting! Excited to see what the next couple of days brings

Rest day today, cardio and fasted steps this morning – now need a new book as this prep book is finished hehe, busy day at work today which I don’t mind on rest days as it keeps me busy and getting my steps done early

Legs 2 today – my hams feel pretty beaten up so taking more warm up sets today for sure! Was a really good session today🙏🏾 started the day with fasted steps felt a tad tired this morning but comes with the stage we are at! Anyways ones steps are done for the rest of the day – early night sleep ready for the week ahead

Also if you aren’t already putting some steps in first thing in the morning / or some steady state cardio just to get appetite moving 😊

Leg day today and just 2 clients this morning as Friday is 1/2 day at work- had a good sleep last night! Fasted steps this morning and a lovely call with my mum ❤️quad focused session today for legs 😊

So if it’s your aim for full body 2x per week – with the compounds but at home you only have free weights but access to a normal gym – for the 2x per week full body can’t you dedicate that to normal gym where you’d have access to more?

Upper session today – back focused session today with some delts to start – long day at work today but just 2 clients and meeting but very spread apart so at work 12-7pm today but trained in my break 😊

I agree with the team here! If the look is getting better and stepping forward and weight is holding this isn’t a negative, as Clare mentioned keep an eye on the look/scale and if things change up then you can further adjust diet and/or output
