Hey sas, hope your son enjoyed his birthday yesterday. With your diet, do you normally have the 4 scoops of whey immediately post workout and then eat your beef and rice meal when you get back home?

Thanks for the reply Oscar. Done a rotation over the weekend and the movements feel good so far. I always consciously make the execution as precise as possible, 3 second negative and explosive positive. Thanks again for your help.

Nautilus inc press x2 rp
Hammer iso inc press x2 rp
Dip x1 rp
Stretch
Upright row x1 triple RP
Rear delt x1 same as above
Over head ext x1
Bicep curl x2
Hammer curl x1 rp
Conclusion
Next time round tricep is our and we add crucifix for x1 rp before upright row and hit triple RP on all movements

Hi Rich, could you put the template up this weekend if you’ve got time? Do you find it’s a good workout for strength and size with the straight sets for strength and the 10% sets and clusters for added volume?

I did the 3-part 10% set and cluster set for isolation movements on my push workout this morning and got one hell of a pump! Looking forward to you laying out the template of your workouts so I can incorporate it into my own routine.
