Hey Dean, great post! From the initial list (For boosting Lipids (Increase HDL, Decrease LDL)), which items would you say are key and relatively easy to obtain locally (E.g Holland & Barrett, GNC, etc)

I used matador throughout my off season and throughout my prep for the PCA British finals last weekend. Even on show day I was using Matador and had no issues. Hope that helps – Ran

Thanks William! Did you notice a considerable increase in weight initially considering you added approx. 75g carbs and took out cardio a session at a time? Reading on reverse diets it advises more smaller increments (i.e 20-30g carbs at a time and 5-10 mins cardio reductions) so interested to understand how your body took to this.
However that said, I agree its all very specific to the individual and as I don’t entirely mind cardio, think I will reduce time per sessions. Essentially, keeping an eye on the mirror and scales is the best approach.

Thanks William. what kind of reduction of cardio and increase in carbs per week would you recommend? Perhaps 5-10 mins knocked off daily cardio and add in say 20-30g of to daily carbs (focused in around pre/intra/post)?
Once weight increase halts, simply run the same reduction of cardio/increase in carbs again for following week, and so on…?
