Whichever one you prefer but just keep it consistent! Make sure the information that you are tracking from corresponds to whichever one you choose to weigh it too (raw/cooked).

Well.. just add water to the whey and mix until it becomes a “paste”… only a small amount though otherwise it will become soup!

This may sound really strange but what kind of smell is it, sometimes the body can excrete an ammonia smell which could be due to diet

They are just like any other muscle. If you want a big chest, you train chest well – same with abs! I like rope crunches, good crunch machines, (weighted) leg raises. Great for posture too!

Hey Kuba, would you say it is normal to almost lose your chest/back pump by the time triceps/biceps are done at the end of the session?
