    Hey guys!

    I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far 😁

    Rest day for me today! Work boxed off early doors so then I could go for a nice dog walk this afternoon, steps all boxed off so I can chill this evening!

    Tomorrow is another rest day but I have a jam packed filled day. Which is good because it keep my hungry mind occupied 😁

    Hey kristof,

    I also prefer a linear load, whether you are natural or assisted.

    This gives the body time to drop off any inflammation and then maintain a look that you like for show day throughout the back end of the week.

    If your midsection is an issue then the linear load would be perfect as it gives you time to pull back a touch a day or two before stage time. This will keep the midsection nice and tight.

    I agree will all the above here. I like to place squat movements before moving onto leg press, this way you know you aren’t going to be too fatigued for your squats.

    Hey guys!

    Hope everyone is well!

    Felt so much better this morning after a good sleep, didn’t wake up once!

    Client work boxed off early before a good glutes session followed by an afternoon of one to one posing clients!

    I love seeing clients put as much work into their posing as they do their nutrition and their training!

    Tomorrow & Sunday and both rest days so I know I will be very hungry! Looking forward to catching up with my fiends and family this weekend too 🙂

    Hey guys!

    Rest day for me today. Online client work boxed off early doors as I’ve had posing clients in for one to one sessions at home.

    A mixture of first timer competitors and athletes that are only a few weeks out from their British finals and we have been going over last minute tweaks to ensure their posing is perfect! 🤌🏻

    Didn’t get a very good sleep last night so fingers crossed I sleep like a baby tonight ahead of glutes tomorrow!

    I try and wear mine whenever I am walking about. Also I like to wear if my food is higher (carb up for example) to ensure I still control my midsection 🙂

    I agree with the guys above here. I limit myself to 1 a day as like Clare states, too much zero drinks can cause digestive stress or even make the physique look a little inflamed from the additional sweetners.

    My go to is a Pepsi max cherry 🙂

    Busy day today with work and posing clients. But I’d rather keep myself busy!

    It’s also been glutes and delts for me. Had a really good session 🙂

    We also have one of our friends staying with us for a few days whilst he’s in the back end of his prep so we all keep each other company. 😁

    I fully agree with Clare here! When my carbs are higher I prefer to have more carbs around my training window and post post rather than my meals before my pre workout.

    But spread them where suits you best 🙂

    Also start playing around with some classic variations of your poses and see how you physique looks with the adjustment of foot and hip placings.

    Hey guys!

    Rest day for me today! I’ve had a really busy day too, I’m glad as it’s been a hungry day so it keeps my mind occupied.

    Work boxed off this morning and then I’ve had a lovely afternoon with my sister and niece, spent going for a walk and a catch up over a coffee.

    My niece is the most chilled baby ever! It’s great to spend time with them as they grow up too quickly!

    Tomorrow is glutes and delts!

    Hey Jamie!

    I like to do my vacuums fasted, 10 sets of 10sec holds.

    Ab work you can either add into your training at the start or end of your session, or do after your vacuums.

    I do 3 of the following exercises on different days.

    hanging leg raises 2 x 15-20
    Plank 2 x 60s
    Side plank 2 x 60s
    v sit 2 x 15-20
    Ab roll outs 2 x 15-20
    Weighted crunches 2 x 15-20 , 1 x 8-10

    So weight has held again today & I think Jordan will make an adjustment to keep things moving.

    This afternoon, we went in on quads & the session was superb from a performance perspective progressing everything forward and from a pain perspective there was zero issues with my hip or my knee , allowing me to really be present in those tough moments and do what I do.

    I am confident in my ability to work & push hard when those moments present themselves but with injuries it’s always tough & safety has to be prioritised .

    But on days like today when it’s there, you fuckin take it !!! And take it I did .

    We rest tomorrow 🙂

    Can’t wait to see your pro debut look Oscar!

    Hey Liam, this is very person dependent and it’s just a case of finding which veggies are best for you.

    I find broccoli causes me a little digestive stress so I tend to stick to a mixture of asparagus, courgette, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, green beans.

    I agree with Clare here, if you don’t have just variety of veggies I would include the tbjp veggiemite greens drink.

    Hey guys! Happy Monday! 😁

    First day training session back in the Uk and back in my normal routine. As much as I’ve loved being away it feels so good to be back, and back with my doggie.

    Really good glutes session today, feeling mentally refreshed after the little break in France!

    My competing season isn’t quite over yet, I have a few shows in mind but once they are set I will update you all on my plans over the next few weeks 🙂
