Hey guys!
Very restless night last night, woke up feeling super ill 🤒
It couldn’t of come at a worst time as our moving date is Friday so I’ve had no option but to start packing the house up, not a job you want to do when you are ill!
But rest day for me, I will no doubt rest until the weekend unless I don’t feel well enough to train x

Hey buddy, I agree with Marc here. It’s the simple equation of calories in vs calories out, so are you currently doing and cardio/tracking steps?
Jordans ability to recovery will be much different to yourself so just remember this has to be an individual approach.
Is your food raw weight or cooked weight? Which meals to you have around your training window? Are you supporting your training with intra workout supplements such as TBJP sustain, TBJP mps max

Wow that was one long restless flight! I was at the back of the plane with the air hostels for a while trying not to be sick 🤧🤒
Think everything has caught up with me! Lots of people are ill at the moment, it was only a matter of time!
We have a very busy few days planned as we move house Friday, so life is all go!

A steady morning of packing before heading to the airport, I’ve definitely been hit by with a virus or something, feel like I’ve been ran over. Resting HR 100+ temperature sky high!

Hey guys! Sorry my post yesterday didn’t post so just posted 😁
Today I was up so early, was wondering around the hotel early hours 😅
But everything was done nice and early, cardio, steps, legs, then today I’ve met up with some guys over here and we went sight seeing around Seattle!
Then this evening I was allowed some sushi and a dessert 🙂
Back fully on plan tomorrow! We ain’t done yet 🙂

Today was show day!
It was such a good day! I felt so relaxed, just enjoying my time here, plenty of time to get ready and fully enjoying the moment 🙂
Today we managed 2nd call outs, which I was so proud of! Still ended up with 16th place but in a line up of 35 I was ecstatic with 2nd call outs!
Then we went to cheese cake factory and I enjoyed some lovely food!

If you are not wanting to weigh it per meal, (but I would recommend to) you could aim for 5-6 grinds per meal and also including in your intra too. This is very person dependent

1lbs down this am from yesterday food still went in today but we tapered off slightly towards the back end of the day 🙂
All registered and tanned, number 65 tomorrow! It’s a busy show! Eeek! Excited to be up there in front of sandy!

0.6lbs up from yesterdays food but we really liked the look this morning, so it’s about trying to hold that now!
A slight reduction in carbs as it’s rest day today but a little increase in fats
Today went as follows
M1 – 3 whole eggs, asparagus, 100g COR, 150g berries
M2 – 75g chicken, 80g jasmine rice, 5g coconut oil, 100g mango
M3 – 100g COR, 100g berries, 30g dark choc, 20g iso
M4 – 75g chicken, 80g jasmine rice, 5g coconut oil, 100g mango
M5 – 75g chicken, 80g jasmine rice, 5g coconut oil, 100g mango
M6 – 100g COR, 100g berries, 30g almond butter, 20g iso
I’ve also had a massage today and done some shopping 🙂

Pre – 100g cor, 100g banana, 20g dark choc, 20g iso
Intra
Post 100g chicken, 100g jasmine rice, 30g raisins, 4 caramel snacka jacks
M4 – 100g chicken, 75g jasmine rice, asparagus, 10g coconut oil, 3 caramel rice cakes
M5 – 100g chicken, 75g jasmine rice, asparagus, 10g coconut oil, 3 caramel rice cakes
M6 – 100g cor, 20g butter, 150g veggies, 20g iso

you could always utilise set intensifiers where you are eating a surplus for a few weeks, then pull back on volume with no set intensifiers, then repeat this cycle so you don’t get to the point where recovery starts to suffer

It is all based on overall calories in, so how you devise your macros is very individual and what you prefer 😁

We hit a new low this morning, just in time as we have started carbing up today!
I was wide awake since 2:30am very jet lagged! But work all gone finished very early which was a positive 😅
Todays food went as followed
M1 – 2 whole eggs, 50g chicken, veggies, 100g COR, 100g berries
Pre – 100g cor, 100g banana, 29g dark chocolate, 20g iso
Intra as usual
Post – 100g chicken, 100g jasmine rice, 30g raisins , 2 caramel snack a jacks
M4 – 100g chicken, 80g jasmine rice, 2 caramel rice cakes, 5g coconut oil
M5 – 20g iso, 100g for, 15g almond butter, 150g berries
