I hope everyone is well! I took another rest day today as feeling pretty jet lagged, but will head back into the gym tomorrow! 😁 Today has felt like there’s not enough hours in the day!

But managed to get pretty much everything done, just a few more loads of washing then I will be caught up. Luckily I wrapped all the Christmas presents before vegas so just a few additional ones I will need to wrap in the morning 😁

I’m so excited for Christmas!

We have had a lovely evening at jamie and Katie’s too for a little Christmas get together 🎅

Unfortunately I don’t know anyone who has had a hiatus hernia.

I would definitely continue to seek professional help on this matter if you are currently still feeling discomfort.

IMO every single individual with this issue would differ, some may find they can still push through training and some not.

I would always advise the safest option for yourself. You could potentially leave a few reps in reserve until you have definite answers of this? Or take off your top set and run with x2 back of sets so you aren’t working with your heaviest load.

I hope everyone is well! We have just arrived home from a very long day / night of travelling home!

We arrived home to some lovely balloons and cards from my friends too 🥰

Fingers crossed we get back into a routine quickly, but from what I remember in previous holidays jet lag normally hits you differently when you arrive home!

I am starting to feel a little unwell myself, but fingers crossed I manage to swerve the illness that’s going around and wake up feeling better! 🤞

The Olympia is over! The Saturday showing was even more spectacular, what a weekend to remember!

The pictures really don’t do these athletes justice and show their true standard, but seeing them in person allows you to see how much they are on another league!

Today is our last day in vegas as we fly home this evening. It’s been amazing but we are ready to get back 😄

I have not heard that low doses of GH would make you uglier. But it will benefit your skin and your complexion 🙂

Wow today was crazy! The atmosphere this evening at the Olympia was phenomenal! Some new Olympia titles have been won! There was a few surprises but the judging was spot on!

Wow! If this doesn’t inspire you then I don’t know what does!

Every single athlete performed and these are memories we will never forget!

IMO the toughest Olympia yet!

Everybodies ROM will be different to one another depending on mobility, any injuries, etc. Always work in your own active range, don’t rush to increase the load, especially if form is going to be sacrificed.

A busy day today over here in vegas! The Olympia is tomorrow for some of the classes! Woohoo so I have been to athlete registration this morning with Alix and Alix’s accommodation doesn’t have cooking facilities so I’ve been doing her food prep to make sure she is all sorted and chilled ready to rock for tomorrow!

I’ve also trained glutes at powerhouse, it was so busy! Nathan has been poorly today so just me Jimmy and jayde went to train. With him being so big generally anything out of routine fries him, or he gets ill. Unfortunately, it was the illness that hit him!

I cannot wait for tomorrow!!! 😄😄😄

Rest day for us today but a very busy one!

First thing we met currey at powerhouse to have a look over him and his posing whilst Ben checked him over, then back to the hotel for alix’s in person check in.

Then we’ve been to Machine gun vegas which was so fun!

We also went along the strip and went on New York New York rollercoaster, they couldn’t get the harness down to fasten over nath lol so he had to wave us off!

This evening we are off for dinner at cosmos meeting Jamie and Katie too 🙂

I fully agreed. I also have clients whose blood work is absolutely fine so there is no need to cycle Turkesterone and is safe to take continuously.

So last night something very special happened…. Nathan got down on one knee and asked me to marry him 🥰💍 what a special trip this has turned into, and when I thought 2022 couldn’t be any better! It now is! 🫶

Today we’ve had a lovely day far, cardio this morning before a lovely celebratory breakfast, then we went to powerhouse gym to train. There was some great kit there! It was super busy though now we are getting so close to the Olympia!

It’s getting very exciting for everyone!
