Hey guys! I hope everyone is well!
I had the worst sleep in a long time, I was waking up nearly every hour because my glutes & legs was in so much pain, the DOMS from Wednesdays session hit me! This isn’t a good pain neither, it’s a sign to say don’t get Ill and take time off again 😡😂
Think the scoop of dnfm made me work harder on Wednesday too! 😂
So today I trained upper as it would have been counterproductive to train glutes! But a really strong upper session!
Then an afternoon/evening of meeting our friends at a garden centre/soft play. It was great to catch up with them!

I hope everyone is well! Rest day for me today, my legs are absolutely smoked from yesterdays session!
This morning we had a trip to the vets with arnie, he’s got some bad paws bless him!
Then a busy day of work, taking all the Christmas decorations down and deep cleaning! Feeling mental refreshed with a tidy clean house 🏡

I fully agree with Clare here. I also like to start with some core work such as hanging leg raises and planks, this then sets me up for my session too

Today was my first time trying the new preworkout and I loved it! I’ve not been having any pre workouts before a train recently so it felt real good!
Had an awesome session too, really went after it! I’m not back up to my peak strength yet, but we aren’t far off!
I’m excited to hit some new PB’s again in 2023!
This evening me and Nathan will be planning my timeline for some shows next year and working backwards from there, we should fit maybe 2 push ups in before prep will start 😄

I’ve had a fantastic upper session today! Feels sooooo good to be back! It was great to see some friendly faces in the gym today too!
This afternoon we have met some family friends for a lovely but very muddy dog walk!
We have also switched our macros around today and I made chicken fajitas, it was lovely!

A sumo stance would not be optimal for maximum quad recruitment.
If you are wanting to recruit as much quad as possible, you need to take a lower stance with food approximately hip distance apart, aiming for as much knee flexion as possible (foot placement may slightly vary for each individual depending on individual biomechanics), aim for full ROM.

I think the split is good. 🙂 However I do think you need a little more chest/shoulders in your push + arms session and less arms.
You could also take lateral raise out of your pull session, add that into your push + arms, and add a superset of arms on your pull session.

After a good sleep I was feeling so much better today, and nothing better than a Boxing Day glutes session!
Strength was still there which I was super happy with! I will be training upper tomorrow too so really looking forward to that!

I love spending time with my family so much!
I have felt really rough today with the flu, if it wasn’t Christmas I think I would have needed to do nothing at all, but powered through and put on a good front. Fingers crossed I wake up feeling better after a good sleep tonight as I need to train so bad. My mind will soon start to go crazy if I take another rest day! Excited to get fully on plan tomorrow too! Luckily we have no plans now so it will just be a case of meeting friends for walks and coffee which will be nice!

Is there anything to take into consideration when coming off HGH completely after 12months or whenever I would eventually come off? Apart from body composition and recovery taking a hit
No there isn’t anything you need to take into consideration when coming of HGH, you can come off whenever needed.I prefer taking HGH daily rather than a higher dosage 3x/wk. Sometimes you may find doing a higher dosage at the start you can feel really pumped, especially in your hands! But this isn’t the case for everyone 🙂 if you can get hold of pharmaceutical HGH this is the best, but if not then genx is very good too.

Happy Christmas Eve! I hope everyone has had a lovely day! Today consisted of dog walks and work this morning.
I couldn’t train this morning as I had to wait In for the plumber, then he didn’t show (annoying) however it’s probably not a bad thing as I was up in the night coughing and sneezing. So at least I will have had a good rest before going back. This afternoon I have met my friends, it’s our yearly tradition that we meet with Xmas jumpers on 😄🤶🏻🎅🏼

I’m interested to find out if there is anything other than what Oscar mentioned which could be causing the stall in progress.
Slow progress is better than no progress at all. Sometimes it may be a case of resetting your lifts too, ensuring that you haven’t jumped up in load too quickly which could cause your lifts to not be as accurate.
