    Hey, I would take a full rest day for sure, if you add biceps pre lower and triceps into your upper session then adjust volume as needed, this should be more than plenty

    Hey guys,

    Today I travelled to Athens with Emma, we had an early flight which all went smoothly, the baggage etc took a while but we arrived late afternoon, went for a little walk for coffee and supplies, then went to meet our friend 🙂

    We’ve had a lovely evening site seeing and enjoying a lovely Greek meal in a rooftop bar, it was stunning view! Now home in bed ready for a fun day tomorrow 🙂

    Hey, if your finding that you are hungrier later on in the day you could have pro fats as meal 1, then the carbs you can move to later on in the day.

    Have your cereal and whey post workout, then your chicken & pasta as your post post

    Hey, it is more common for athletes to have a one leg slightly smaller than the other. I would firstly be going to see a physio or sports therapist to see if you have any deeper issues, or just general deep tissue work needed. I would implement a good hip mobility and activation plan prior to your session.

    Potentially you would benefit from slightly higher volume on the weaker leg too? Trial it and see how you get on 🙂

    Hey guys,

    Usual client work and check ins the morning before I had my Botox appointment. Followed by some one to one posing clients, then this afternoon me and Emma travelled down to wilmslow so she could get her bloods done and we are staying over here before we head to the airport early in the morning for Athens, woohooo can’t wait for some sun!

    Hey guys,

    Rest day for me today! Little dog walk this morning , usual client work.

    I’ve had a coaching client round this morning for an in person check in, followed by some Skype one to one posing clients.

    This afternoon I went for a facial then got all my things organised as I go to Athens early Friday morning so we are travelling tomorrow afternoon, really looking forward to it 🙂

    Then focus on getting strong with your rows, also do you do any other hinge work in your sessions. You could add in SLDL which will target all of your posterior chain

    I would also look to add in some Y raises before you start your session to ensure your lower trap is activated nicely, along with other activation work.

    Another rest day for me today, so we will assess tomorrow if I’ll be taking another rest day or not.

    Feeling a little better in myself but just letting steps as they fall.

    I’ve had some appointments today then some one to one posing clients.

    This evening a little food shop before just getting the house organised 🙂

    Hey buddy, having fats pre workout will help slow down the digestion slightly so I’d be including to increase dark chocolate to 20g here. If you would like to put your current diet in here we can help advice based on what you are currently eating. Some have fats post workout, but not often as you want to opt for food sources that are easily digestible and quicker to digest over having fats in this meal

    Rest day for me today as started getting run down, I did feel tired yesterday which is unlike me I just power through but nath ordered rest day today and tomorrow then we assess on Wednesday.

    Busy day of client work this morning followed by one to one posing clients, then I rested up this afternoon and went for my nails done 🙂

    Busy day of one to one posing clients today, with some in person check ins with Nathan’s clients too.

    So afterwards the house was ready for a clean 🧼

    This evening I have some client calls before chilling on the sofa with Nathan and the dogs before getting organised for a baby week ahead 🙂
