Rest day for me today! Usual client work cardio and dog walk this morning.

Then I have met my friend for a coffee, been to a furniture shop and bought some bits for the house. More clothes sorting and putting another rail up, these will do until they fit the new wardrobes.

This evening me Nathan have been to the cinema to watch redone, it’s was an easy watching Christmas film 🧑🏻‍🎄

Usual client work this morning, it’s great to be back at home, but still so much to do on the house 🏠

Glutes for me today! A really good session and great connection, my left hammy has started giving me some grief so will be sure to get that sorted!

This evening I have put a clothes rail up and sorting some clothes as we are having some more fitted wardrobes but need something for the meantime! X

@phoebegoodwin thanks Phoebe, yeah it would be great if my partner could compete in first timers, and myself as a novice at the same show.

@Kamaragraham-virginmedia.com ok yeah I will start prepping assuming the show will be mid may, and go from there.

Today was travelling day home from Milan, client work, dog walks and sorting the house!

We’ve had an amazing day site seeing around Milan, it’s been so beautiful! We’ve done lots of steps, coffee stop, an amazing Italian and more coffee!

Back to reality tomorrow after we travel home! 🏠 ready to be in my home and back settled again!

The show Callander for 2025 should be out soon! So I would wait until that is out to plan your dates 😁

I’ve enjoyed doing a few different federations to gain experience and have some fun in my earlier competing days. But now luckily nearly all of the shows have an option for first timers or novice so your partner could enter that class too 🙂

Rest day for me today! Today was Emma’s show, a nice long walk this morning then it was time to get ready!

I’ve also done Emma’s make up and hair, which I’m so happy with how it turned out!

The day was very long! Emma should have been on at 4pm, but she didn’t go on stage until 8:30! So it was long!

This evening we have enjoyed a lovely celebratory Lebanese meal, it was nice nice and tastey!

I will be resting tomorrow and doing lots of sight seeing in Milan 😁

Today here in Milan it was Emma’s registration day!

Client work boxed of this morning and some steps and coffee run 😁

I’ve done a Skype posing client client before we went!

This afternoon I have been to train at mind paradise, great gym and set up with some excellent kit!

Now just eating and getting sorted for the big day tomorrow! 🙏🏼

Rest day for me today! Busy day! Lots of client work this morning, cardio and dog walk before my nail appointment.

More client work, then I have been for a photoshoot with Chris Bailey which was so fun! We did some different shoes which was so fun! Can’t wait to see the edits!

Then all packed ready for Milan tomorrow, supps organised etc, ready for competing mom round 2! Then no more flying for a while lol so I can get sorted with the house ☺️
