Busy morning today getting the studio all done ready for clients, mirrors on, deep cleaned, we are very nearly there!

We are going to have some more down lighting put in and black out blinds in the doors then it’s pretty much all done!

This afternoon I trained glutes, really good connection in my glutes which is great!

This evening we went to Meadowhall as my Mac was playing up, then we called for a Turkish on our way home and had that as our off plan it was delicious 🙂

Upper for me today! A really really good session! Feeling in a great place with training now! Studio pretty much finished today! Just the last little bits then tweaking of the lighting needs to be done then I’ll be happy!

This evening I have been baby sitting my niece, it was lovely! Then I house sat whilst my sister and bf was out for a meal 🙂 time for bed!

Decorator, someone fitting studio flooring, someone fixing the door, someone sorting a chipped bathroom tile 😅

Rest day today!

Client work, dog walk the usual stuff this morning. Then lots of cleaning in the house 🏠

This afternoon I have been to see my friends and her baby, he’s growing up sooo quickly!!!! My other best friend next time I see her she will have had the baby too! And my sister is ready to pop too, a Christmas full of babies!!

Looking forward to training with a friend and client tomorrow! X

Hey guys, busy day catching up on work and life after taking some time off together, which was needed!

Client work, dog walks, food prepping etc

We had some work men round today putting draws up and my new work desk, woohoo

I’ve also trained glutes and side delts, really good session!

This evening catching up on some more work and chilling with the dogs. Soon I’ll have to go and live at my mums with neala went she gets into her most fertile days as it was very traumatic for arnie last time! He turned into a posessed dog trying to get at her! Not good 😅

Today was Nathan’s birthday and we had a lovely chilled morning, breakfast in the hotel, then after packing we had a steady drive home.

On the way home we did some shopping. This evening I put the Christmas decorations up, then we chilled with the dogs and watched zero dark thirty before getting organised for tomorrow 🙂

Lovely day so far in Manchester, we went for breakfast with Oscar at the federal, it was their 10th birthday so was vibey!

Upper session for me and Nathan this morning before we headed over the Manchester!

We’ve had a lovely day and evening so far! We met jimmy and Oscar today at the Christmas markets and shopping, then got ready and was a beautiful vibey meal at mnky house!

Love that place so much! Now bed and no alarm set! Which is mental, although we will probably be up early anyway, but so nice to not have the pressure of dogs and working!

Client work this morning, my usual morning routine, then I trained after m3 today rather than m2, needed someone to be in for the carpet man, whom ended up not making it!

This evening I have been packing as we are off to Manchester tomorrow for Nathan’s birthday and our anniversary ☺️ so really looking forward to that! Neala has come in season now, so next week I am more than likely going to have to move into my mums with her to keep them separate for a while x
