I fully agree with the guys above here! I would adjust food set up so you have a higher carb meal pre bed. Upon wake hydrate well and have a pre workout meal/shake of sustain and whey iso, then during your training session an intra of sustain, MPS max to fuel your sessions.

Client work this morning before I spent some time on the house clearing some more clothes and getting rid of another wardrobe. It’s like one thing after another with house stuff at the moment! But all will be worth it ☺️

This morning I had to do last minute baby sitting duties for my niece. A fun morning of playing with babies!
Then a great lower session today, back to full volume today too, numbers was really good!
This evening I have had to catch up on check ins that I didn’t get done before baby sitting this morning, but all done 🙂

I’ve then been in the studio for one to one posing clients today. Lots of clients getting close to their shows now.
This evening I have met my friends for her birthday, it’s been great to catch up!

There’s room to increase your output here. You could add in some direct cardio maybe 20 mins daily or an increase of daily steps

Busy day, we still have some work men knocking a wall down today, so the house is chaotic, but it will be worth it 😁
I’ve had some one to one posing clients, then today it was hams & glutes devolume,
Todays session went
Ab crunch x2
Standing abductor x2
Hip thrust machine x1
RDL on the belt squat x1
Split squat machine x1
Lying ham curl x1
Glute kickbacks x2
Eventhough it was a devolume session, it was still a very good session 🙂

An extra rest day for me today as told by bath, I’ve had sports massage with rich today, nursing a stiff neck and super tight trap.
But hopefully we will be able to sort this out after a couple more session focussing on this.
I’ve also had some posing clients this afternoon and evening too 🙂

Hey buddy, set up looks pretty good here. Your volume you can adjust based on your recovery. If you feel like you can’t quite recover yet, take a working set out, or vise Versa once you are recovering well you can add a little more volume in.

Hey buddy, I would avoid that area for a while as sounds like you have a build up of scar tissue.
Try the lats and rear delts if you have someone who can do if for you.

I hope everyone is well! A busy day of client work and new starter set ups.
I’ve been feeling a touch fatigued so I’ve swapped my rest days around to give me an extra day to recover, so rested today. I have also had some posing clients this afternoon before heading home and tidying some work bits up.
We are having a wall knocked down tomorrow so I’ve also been getting stuff sorted in the house ready for that as think there will be plaster everywhere 🙈

Hey guys!
Busy morning of client work before I trained, it was upper push focused devolume for me today, we will definitely be running devolume all week to ensure I am nice and fresh going into the training week next week. Potentially an extra rest day if needed this week, but we are just taking it day by day.
I’ve also had a new starter call this evening. Tomorrow another busy afternoon of posing clients 🙂

Client work this morning, we have also been filming with nath today.
We trained at ultraflex derby, I had lower devol but still a really strong session. We will run devolume all week then return to full volume next week. This evening I have done some more work, washing, food prep, the usual, ready for another busy week 🙂
