Today I went to watch the first 2bros regional for the year. It was great to see athletes returning to the stage. I also got to hand the award out to the bikini overall champ which was lovely 😀

If appetite is still affected whilst you are recovering from your illness, pull your food back slightly and give it a couple of days with some walks in between meals. If this doesn’t help once you are feeling better I would look to do a full reset. Aim to bring calories down a touch more and reduce body fat, regain appetite and get hungry again.

Hey guys,

Upper for me today, this was more my delt & arms focused session. I had to train super early before Nathan was leaving the house so I could use the car as my battery went flat and the car is underivable until a new part arrives.

It was a great session though! I then had dog training with Ross, it was a really good session, just me and the dogs with Ross. It’s great as I used to be scared of dogs so now with 2 I need to make I am fully in control when busy dog scenarios come up.

Then I had some posing clients in tne studio, followed by some Skype ones. Tomorrow I am heading down to watch the girls compete in the first regional 🙂

Day for me today. Lots of client work, posing clients, new starter set ups and a sports massage with rich. It was needed! Still struggling with a lumpy left trap, we also did some shockwave on my glutes.

Excellent advice from Clare here! You can also get an antibacterial spray that you can spray on at night time before to get into bed.

There are so many different medications that you can take to help them. Seek professional advice to get to the root cause. Are in blocked hair follicles? Are they deep abscess spots? Depending on which they are wil depend on which medication will suit you best.

Hams & glutes for me today!

I was still quite sore in my glutes so a really good through warm up, and roll out was needed today!

Once warm a great session!

Todays session went

Kickbacks

Glute drive

Smith machine RDL

Seated hamstring curl

Hip abduction

Adductors

We are also putting assistance in, I have done 22 weeks off cycle, (apart from starting TRT a couple of weeks ago due to blood work) so I’m looking forward to seeing how the physique changes with some assistance in.

It’s so much better now the sun is rising earlier, it makes a change not walking the dogs and it being so dark still 🙂

Upper for me today, my glutes are sooo sore from yesterdays session! I swapped my exercises around slightly yesterday I really think the exercise order worked perfectly!

Hey buddy, I would take a good couple of days rest here, minimum 3 days up until a week if needed. Then when you return reduce your current volume for your first rotation back then if feeling ok but your volume back up again.

An early upper session for me today before we drove to our friends wedding. We was there for the full day, and stayed a short while in the evening before we had to drive home. It was a lovely day, so special for them.
