Hey guys!
Weight down lower than my Alicante stage weight today, so a good bump up in food today to support training too. No cardio, just steps, may be the same tomorrow too!
But I will check in again in the morning and see what Nathan says!
We train glutes today, and then it was the athletes meeting!
I’ve also had some Skype posing clients who are competing this weekend’

Hey, have you tried following a set meal plan rather than macro tracking?
This will avoid under eating and ensuring all meals and macros get consumed throughout the day due to being more organised and prepared.

Hey guys,
Weight was down today, but we was travelling to Romania so I check in once I landed and was the same weight as what I went on stage in Alicante so even more food added into my meals this evening once arrived here in Romania.
I will check in again tomorrow morning but more than likely back to my usual food 🙂
Tomorrow we will be training here in Romania, I’m so excited for the show!

Upper day for me today, and a slight fluctuation in the scales today but I’m feeling symptoms of my cycle potentially arriving soon which will explain the feelings and weight fluctuation, but we shall see!
Would be great if it did come back so soon post show!
I’ve also had a facial and been packing as I go to Romania tomorrow! It’s all gooooo 🙂

Work on getting strong in all movements, focus on recovery and seeing a good physio & sports therapist.
Hypers and deadlifts are great exercises. If you struggle with your back injury, start with a lighter load, get your form perfect then increase from there to prevent any further damage or aggravation.

Weight was down this morning, we are hovering around the same weight as what I went in stage at in Alicante, however obviously no supplements in.
I’m happy with how my post show is going two far, just feeling quite tired with everything I have going on too!
I go to Romania Thursday, so I’ll have to get all sorted for that tomorrow!
I’m ready to just settle in my home and get sorted now 😅

Then I’ve had another baby shower! My sisters, it was so lovely as my family all came over for it, had such a lovely afternoon and it was a surprise for her and she loved it so much!

Hey buddy, there is no set rule as everyone is different. Overall it’s just ensuring you are eating in a surplus, digesting your food well. Continue being consistent, no skipping meals, is this 7.3kcal of clean food?

Busy day today, usual dog walk and Starbucks for Clienf work this morning before training.
Then it was time to get resdy for my best friends baby shower. It was such a lovely afternoon!
This evening me and Nathan went to watch venom, very good film! I’d definitely recommend!

Busy day today! Usual morning set up, cardio, dog walk, client check ins at Starbucks due to no WiFi yet!
today I’ve had some posing clients today too, some came to home and some Skype clients. An upper session for me todays then I met a client for a coffee which was lovely to catch up and run through some plans 😃

Great work so far! I agree with the guys above, a longer prep is preferable for natural clients to ensure to retain as much tissue as possible, aiming for around 1.5lbs weekly rate of loss. Keep up the great work!
