Hey guys,
Busy day today, morning of client work before an eyelash appointment.
Then today trained glutes with a client. Todays session went
Abs x3
Booty builder x3
RDL x2
SL leg press x2
Hyper x3
Glute med kickbacks x3
Followed by an afternoon of posing clients. This evening I have been food shopping and cleaning the house, also getting Nathan sorted as he goes away early hours 🙂

Without seeing pictures it’s hard to see if they are really 18% body fat or more as they are quite inaccurate. Generally you want to aim for 1-2lbs/week rate off loss, too much too quickly can result in loss of tissue, which you don’t want when you’ve worked so hard to put some new tissue on.

Hey! Would you be doing this as a 6 day split? I think it will be quite a lot to recover from, you are young so you may manage it, but I would potentially look to run this over 8 days.

Hey guys!
Busy day of client work and posing clients today, I’ve also had a deep tissue massage from Hollie which was great! We just focused on lower body as I was training upper in the afternoon!
We’ve also had an builder round today to finish some jobs in the house, hopefully should all be done soon as we have seen a house we would like to move too, didn’t think we would be moving yet, but this has come up and we really like it! Exciting 😃

Usually most people find they need more calories on a training day due to the training demands and recovery purposes, and shouldn’t need to go no carb on rest day at all. Some it may be needed at the end of prep, but this is very person dependant. Reduce your daily calories across both days but still keep carbs in, ensure that you are in a deficit and continue being consistent

Hey guys,
A wonderful day today, just this morning near the harbour, then we have a couple of hours around the pool chilling.
This afternoon we met the bride and groom at the beach, me and Hollie had a lovely stroll down the beach and harbour, then this evening we went into palma centre and walked around the cathedral, it was very historical, lovely place!

Today was the wedding here in palma, it’s been stunning!
The sun has been shining all day but it was in a vineyard, very rustic style. My friend looks amazing, so happy for them both!
Everyone is going to have sore heads in the morning 😅 looking forward to meeting them all tomorrow at the beach! After a good flutes session of course 🙂

First day in palma today, we travelled down early hours in the morning so it’s been a very long day!
We have had a nice stroll around where we are staying and then we all met for a pre wedding get together this evening!

Rest day today, but a very busy one!
Client work first things before some morning posing clients. Then a massage with rich which was needed, followed by lots more posing clients.
My mamma is super poorly so I’m having to move bits tomorrow as need to get to the hospital too see her before I go away, not very good timing but hopefully she will pull through until I am back ❤️

Busy day today, still living at my mums trying to keep the dogs seperate so feel like I’m travelling all over, but it’s ok 🙂
A great hams & glutes session today, feeling nice and strong which is great!

Usual client work this morning and then it was Upper body for me today, trained with my friend Emma.
This afternoon lots of one to one posing clients, a couple in peak week too!
I also had my bloods back from Eval last night. Very happy with my results, especially as they was 2 weeks after my 6 week cycle of 35mg/wk primo, so very happy 🙂
