Hey guys, my log didn’t post yesterday but see previous log!
We was only up 0.2lbs from yesterday high day so we ran exactly the same today!
It was also upper today, looking forward to seeing what the look is like tomorrow!
Back to baseline tomorrow more than likely!

Today we ran a high day will a pull back in expenditure
0 cardio
Steps only
Slight reduction in protein today
M1 – 2 whole eggs, 100ml egg whites veggies, 70g COR, 100g berries
M2 – 20g iso, 80g COR, 100g banana, 20g dark chocolate
Intra as usual
M3 – 25g iso, 100g COR, 20g raisins
M4 – 80g chicken, 75g jasmine rice, veggies, 50g pineapple
M5 – 80g beef, 300g potatoes, veggies, 50g pineapple
M6 – 20g iso, 80g oats, 100g berries, 15g almond butter
A great leg day today too!

Lots of one to one posing clients today! Then this afternoon we have been to see some friends! It was so lovely to catch up with them ❤️

Client work this morning then me and Nathan went to train together at debry. Obviously some exercises we did differently, but it was nice to train some exercises together 🙂
Tomorrow is much needed rest day! My CNS feels fried so much needed!

Today was delts & arms! I had my session with Haran today as I will now be having him once a week to push me through my session, mainly one of my glute sessions, but due to changing my rest days this week it fell on todays session, which i really enjoyed!

Hey! I definitely think an increase of calories is needed here. I would bump calories up to 2300kcal for around 5 days. Assess the look and fatigue daily then go from there

Rest day for me today! Client work, steps and usually bits tried to box off nice and early! Some posing clients, sorting out some clothes and then this evening once sorted some solicitor bits we chilled on the sofa.
It’s nice to get everything done early as it’s rare you relax/chill when you’re dieting!

I agree with the guys above here! A hot Epsom salt bath and finished my fluid earlier on help massively! Dream sleep really is the best sleep supplement too!

Upper body for me today! My usual client work this morning before.
Todays session was devolume also just whilst on monthly cycle. We are also changing my rest days around and resting tomorrow too so I can have a little longer to recover after Mondays legs session.
This afternoon I have had my lashes and other appointments.

Surprisingly at a new low this morning, then today I came on my monthly cycle which usually sees an increase in scale weight, particularly the day of. But now this has arrived I think we should see a big shift in body comp again.
Today was devolume legs as feeling a touch fatigued, hormone related, but still a good session just 1 working set compounds, 2 working sets isolation exercises.
