Hey!
Have you maxed out other avenues before considering anavar?
Like Kamara and Hilly states, with any PED there are risk, and also be aware that every single PED can affect an individual differently.
There is a lot of information out there now around females PED use, especially compared to a few years ago.
In my experience I definitely feel fuller on anavar, body composition changed, and I always find performance and recovery is much better. Generally, I loose my cycle when on anavar, but this is usually down to my body fat being low whilst of prep.

Hey guys! Hope everyone’s having a great weekend!
Today was upper day, the session went
– Atlantis shoulder press
– Nautilus single arm row
– Prime seated lateral raise
– Reverse pec dec
– Prime upper back pull down
– Lying cuffed lateral
Then an add on from todays session was a banded scapular retraction to failure. Kuba added this in today to help strengthen my upper back as I’ve got a left winged scapular on my left side, which also causing my shoulder to internally rotate.Today was the first session I felt a little fuller from the assistance, so looking forward to the next few weeks on cycle.

Being productive and keeping busy help hugely. I also find ringing family or friends to ask how they are keeps my mind occupied 🙂

Happy Friday guys! I hope everyone is well.
Rest day for me today, which fell nicely as not feeling 100% today, there’s lots of lurgys going around this time of year so hopefully after a nice hot bath and good sleep tonight I should feel fine tomorrow.
I have increased Vit c, vit d, and added in glutathione and zinc to increase my natural immune system 🙂

Hey Josh,
If antidepressants is something that you need to take, then I wouldn’t suggest to avoid taking them because of the impact they may or may not have on muscle growth.
Like Clare said there are many professional bodybuilders that opening speak about taking antidepressants.

Busy day, earlier leg session for me before an after of posing clients down in Birmingham.
It was my first time on this legs rotation so I have set some nice baseline numbers. I always find with my first 2 sessions on the rotation I am finding my grove, so I am looking forward to getting strong with my sets.
I also woke up an auntie to a beautiful little girl. My sister gave birth in the earlier hours to emergency C section so no doubt I will be doing lots to help her 🙂

Nathan also has a fixed machine the same as Jordan. Without his cpap he snores SO loud, but with the cpap it magically stops 🙂
He also generally sleeps on his back but surrounds himself with firm pillows. A few propping him up so he’s not flat, then one either side under each arm. I suppose it’s like a home made U/pregnancy pillow. This helps his keep in a comfy position so he does move too much with it being plugged in etc

Upper day today! The second time on this rotation with some nice progressions across the session today.Today we have changed wide grip pull down to prime handle upper back pull down which I really liked! Got a fantastic connection with this exercise so this will be staying in 🙂
Earlier leg session for me tomorrow as I have an afternoon of posing clients.

I completely agree with both Clare and Marc.
The consistent and more disciplined you are with both nutrition, training and recovery the better your results.
This doesn’t mean you can’t do other things outside of bodybuilding. Find what works for you as there is going to be no1 that can tell you how to live your life. If you are young and want to enjoy yourself why not? But if you have decided you want to take bodybuilding a little more serious then you do that and partying may not be at the top of your priority list anymore… I’m sure your friends wouldn’t mind you sometimes being the designated driver 🙂

Hi guys! Rest day for me today. Which fell nicely with a busy day!
Car was in the garage so collected that this morning and the house is extremely busy with work men on the garden, the outbuilding is finally getting finished which will be our cardio & posing room. This will save so much time across the week from travelling to the gym to do cardio & pose in a morning.Then I have been in the studio with posing clients today, had a mixture of first timer bikini girls and also a pro physique athlete making the transition over to wellness. ?

There is no specific machine that will be better than the other. As long as your HR is within 130-140bpm you will be in a fat burning zone.
HIIT cardio is also very good, you may burn a higher total calorie amount but the calories burned will be from both carbs and fat.

Do whatever works for you and your routine, but try and keep away from the workout perimeter if you are able

Hey guys! Busy morning today, had my check in from Kuba and he seems happy with how things are moving.
Cardio has been reduced to 20mins and none on leg days, with the aim to try not and go over my steps too much. Which is hard when you are active. Ha
Great day today training glutes with jadey, which is as filmed for the site, my first video ?
Luckily our session was very similar just a slightly different order on exercises which wasn’t a problem to change!
Performance from both of us was very good! set some new baselines numbers as this was the first time doing glutes on this rotation 🙂
