    Have a look at the positioning of your hands, but I also know some individuals that get this prefer to wrap lifting straps onto the bar and hold those instead. I personally don’t feel secure enough doing this but it may work for you. 🙂

    Great day today!

    Check ins, nails appointment then Upper today! PB’s all around ??

    I’ve really loved progressing on the Atlantis shoulder press 80kg for 8 today! So very very happy to say my upper body is not the strongest. ?

    Rest day tomorrow, but a busy one it will be!

    Hey guys!

    Today we filmed legs for the site, it was a great session for both of us.

    The session went as followed

    Glute kickbacks
    Banded BB RDL
    Single leg press
    Single leg curl
    Glute drive
    Adductors

    I really enjoyed training back with jade again, hopefully we can get some more sessions together soon 🙂

    If you are still able to get some whole food meals in without blending, you could opt for different food sources as a shake, such as oats/COR, whey isolate, nut butters, fruit?

    If you are really struggling to fit your meals in from a time / job perspective then blend away.

    Rest day for me today ?

    Busy day catching up with admin, client work and 2 new starters.

    But then a lovely afternoon walk with my sisters, niece and arnie ? family time is the best!

    Off to bed to get a good sleep ready for filming legs for the site tomorrow 🙂

    A lovely one too!

    All client and admin work done so Me and kuba could head off to the cinema – mark came too!

    We watched uncharted in the 4DX haha moving chairs, water in the face – was cool

    And such a good film too.

    I agree with the guys above. 5-10mins on the treadmill to increase your HR before training, but if there was no other time you could fit or perform your cardio I would opt for post workout rather than doing it before and taking away from your session.

    Hey guys!

    Busy day for me. Goodstyle client work this morning before a leg session over at strength pro. I switched out smith machine squat for power squat and I actually loved it!

    During todays session my adductors and glutes felt so full and pumped I think it may have been the lantus making me feel like that. ?

    Then a fantastic afternoon in the studio, 8 clients today mainly first timers!

    One of my favourite combinations at the moment is jp salted caramel COR or choc fudge COR, dark choc, frozen raspberries & jp which choc coconut whey iso.

    I’ve never really been a coconut type of person but this flavour really is amazing! Chocolate coconut too!

    Hey guys!

    Check in day, no charges we will reassess the look next week after a full week back training but more than likely some metabolic work will be added in. Which I will be happy with, because the better my body composition is the smoother my prep will be ?

    Upper day for me today, tomorrow is hams & glutes and a busy day in the studio!

    If you can get sophorma Pharma grade 20mcg per tab, I’ve also heard that quanta pharma are really good.

    Getting side effects from clen isn’t always a positive, but if you don’t feel anything at all then they are more than likely under dosed or a bad batch

    Hey guys, rest day for me today after my first upper & lower session back after being sick.

    Had a great day, we had our first group posing session of the year and it was really successful. Met some lovely new girls and it’s so great seeing so many lovely ladies starting something new, no matter the age 🙂
