Rest day for me today, which was good because it was a busy one.
Cardio, dog walk, house work, hair wash & some client work boxed off early doors before a day with posing clients in Birmingham. Had some more client work to catch up with when I got home too but have enjoyed watching bits of the Arnold’s too.
Another busy day in the studio tomorrow. 🙂

When you are planning your meal plan, choose a variety of protein sources, carbs sources that digest well for you.
Opt for nutrient dense foods that are going to be the most nutritious, but also pick food sources that you like and enjoy.

Overall I count all sources as it is all calories consumed but ensuring the client is consuming enough protein from high quality sources.

Leg day for me today! Up on numbers on nearly every exercise today.?
Today I had one of them days where you pull yourself down and feel meh about the way you look. It is more than likely coming up to TOTM. But still, today was a meh day.
I’m sure I will wake up tomorrow feeling totally different. Happy with how todays session went despite! ?

Hi guys, today was upper.
Usual work bits this morning then my sisters and babies joined me for a slightly longer than usual rainy dog walk. It was great to catch up, although we got wet through ? good job for hoods and allocated dog walking clothes 🙂
Upper for me this afternoon too, I feel like I am really enjoying training upper at the moment, potentially as I am much stronger than what I have ever been, so I am going into each session excited to beat my numbers ?

I agree with both Clare & Oscar. As clients we should trust our coach 100%, we are assuming they have set your programme up in a way that specifically suits you and your areas to improve on / weakness.
There is no quick fix and if your training execution and intensity is there, then it’s just a case of repeat, repeat, repeat.
Accurate reps, getting nice and strong with each movement, eat your food, stay well hydrated, well rested, and simply keep working hard and you can’t not progress.

Hey Guys
Check in for me today – still sitting comfortably at 70kg my composition since coming off cycle seems to really have improved
I will add some pics below. I am still getting stronger each session. Struggled s little with feeling a tad restless when in bed, but is normal for me to feel this way when I’m a little heavier. This is newer territory for me with weight so spending some time here to feel a tad more comfy.
Kuba hasn’t made any changes and is happy with how I’m looking

I agree with Darren there, your want to keep your HR around 130bpm – 140bmp to be in the fat burning zone.
You may want to start your cardio with 2mins all out to bring your HR up straight away, if not you may find it takes a while to bring you HR up to 130-140.

Rest day for me today and much needed after yesterdays leg day.
My session was as follows
Glutes 2
Glute mead kick back 3 x 15-20 into partials once failed
BB hip thrust 1 x 8-10, 1 x 12-15, 1 x 15-20
Bulgarian split squat 2 x 12-15
Single leg dumbell RDL 1 x 10-12, 1 x 12-15 + RP
Adductor 2 X 15-20 + RP
High + wide leg press 3 x 15-20 with 2 sec in the hole
Lying leg curl 2 x 10-12
Today so far client work, usual dog walk, and then this afternoon I am in the studio with posing clients 🙂

I agree with hilly here. You could potentially opt for an oat meal before bed as this would fill you up a little longer.
As much as we hear of bodybuilders pushing calories up so high that they are sick of eating, it is very relative and the amount of muscle mass that they have plays a huge role in the amount of calories they have to eat.
So take your time, be consistent, continue to add some lean quality tissue and when it’s time to diet you may need to bring food lower / expenditure higher than what you wished.

I agree with the guys above, if the 6 hours is quality sleep and you don’t over think about getting less sleep on those days you should be fine.
If you don’t already supplement with tbjp dream sleep, I highly recommend you add this in to aid with your sleep and helping you get a solid 6 hours.

Today was check in day. Kuba seems very happy with my look and fullness has now returned since my illness.
No changes to food or training volume, just some form videos sent over today so kuba can check my intensity of my sessions. ?
I compared some pictures from this time last year and it is clear I have made lots of progress so very happy 🙂

If this is your dream then start by putting a business plan together.
Think about your branding, your location, your prices, equipment, staff etc. all of this will be including in your business plan. Then once you have done this you can start to save and make your dream come true 🙂

Hope everyone has had a great weekend.
A steady morning for us today as we didn’t get home from the meal last night until just before midnight. But we had a great catch up with friends.
Today was upper, I really feel like my upper body has progressed quite a lot recently (for me anyway haha) so very happy after nearly every upper session at the moment.

It’s official, me and nath have now gone back to sleeping separately again. My sleep is suffering due to waking constantly in the night as he moves. I can only describe it Nathan moving in bed and me feeling like I am on a trampoline. ?
He is 340lbs ish, so with that being said I am back in the spare room. Sleep is very important and if you want to grow and recover then we sometimes have to do these things, it will benefit us both anyway.
Looking forward to an off plan meal later with friends to celebrate Emma’s birthday. 🙂
