    Hey guys!

    Busy day today! Check ins and business related bits this morning, followed by an upper session with nath and a nice little catch up with megs in the gym.

    This evening I have been for my Botox top up and then I have been to my mums to catch up with her.

    Tomorrow I have leg day and then an activity and food with my friends for her birthday 🙂

    Devolume session done on quads . All went well . Simple goal , drop as much fatigue as possible whilst keeping my fingers in the pie.

    We ham/glutes tomorrow:)

    Fully agree with Oscar here. Slight switch up of exercise order and on Upper 1 and Upper 2.

    Keep an eye on recovery from upper 1 & lower 1 as having deadlift in upper 1 then high bar squat in lower 1 you may feel slightly fatigued so deadlifts may need to be moved from upper 1.

    Hey guys, rest day for me today. Much needed as it’s been 3 training sessions on the bounce.

    Work this morning followed by a facial, post office errands, dog walk with my friend and lots of much needed cleaning! The house never seems to be clean at the moment so I quite like it when Nathan is out training and I have a few hours so blast lots of jobs of. I also whipped the vlogging camera out and filmed a few random clips. Tomorrow I am going to vlog a little too then get back on with my YouTube’s.

    Had a few business bits to sort out this evening as my mind has been whizzing about recently. But all good I think 🙂

    Try increasing your vitamin C 2g 3 x per day, vitamin D 5000iu 2 x per day, zinc 30mg 2 x per day, liposomal glutathione 10ml x 2 per day, plenty of water.

    Hey guys!

    Work boxer off first thing this morning, then a lovely walk and catch up with my sisters and nieces. They are both growing up so fast and becoming such smiley, happy babies. ?

    This afternoon was legs! A very good leg session too, an increase in reps or weight on every exercise. So happy days ?

    It sounds like it could be either a bad batch or it doesn’t sit well with you. Potentially look at switching branding that has a different carrier oil.

    Happy international woman’s day ?

    Busy day today. Client work this morning, upper and then I had posing clients this evening and afternoon 🙂

    It makes life so much easier being able to pop outside to get my cardio done rather than driving to the gym. We actually went through our first prep together with 2 spin bikes in the living room to make our life easier ? no way would I recommend that in a house as small as ours.

    Looking forward to seeing my nieces tomorrow 🙂

    I agree with both Louis and Jordan. Focus on your nutrition, training, sleep, recovery, health supplementation, hydration.

    Depending on your body composition goal, stay fit and healthy and improve your current physique by manipulating your calories consumed and daily output.

    Hey guys!

    Today was check in day 🙂

    Kuba is happy with the spot I am in, we know that I hold most of my body fat in my lower half, so I am under no illusion that I will still need to push hard for prep.

    Maybe after my next off season, or the off season after that I may not need to push as much, as hopefully the muscle mass for my class will be there, it will just be a case of sculpting.

    Additional volume added for glutes 3 working sets now increased to 4 working sets, with an additional 25g COR both pre and post on these days.

    I will pop some check in pics too.

    I agree with both Clare and haider. Start off with 20mins and taper up by 5mins at a time. This doesn’t need to be an increase every day, but potentially only rest days, or upper body days etc.

    You want to start to taper your cardio up once your weight starts to stall and body composition isn’t changing. This is when you either need an increase in expenditure from either cardio or steps, or a reduction in calories from food in order to keep on reducing your body fat %.

    Hope everyone has had a great weekend.

    Work this morning, a few check ins and caught back up with client work. Nathan had an in person check in with his client in mens physique first timers this afternoon so we went through some posing.

    Then me and Nathan spent the rest of the afternoon and evening out together, consisting of Nando’s and Batman at the cinema. Its been too long since we had date time for us, but I’ve really enjoyed it. Batman was great! But I still think dark knight rises is my favourite. ?

    Happy Saturday guys!

    Another busy busy day! Lots done early doors before a long day of back to back clients in the studio. But a great one, bodybuilding is growing more and more popular which is so great!

    Upper today for me too, a new PB on the prime shoulder press which I was very happy with.

    After a long day some more client work to finished of then a good nights rest is needed. 🙂

    I am a huge fan of small increments, as long as form and execution is still good then keep adding the 1kgs 🙂 progress is still progress, no matter what the weight increase or rep range may be.
