Hy guys,
0.3lbs up from yesterday, probably due to legs session yesterday which is normal for me to go up usually 1lbs at least after legs.
Usual client work first things, Today was upper body. A really good session, still able to match my lifts. Starting to flag a little throughout the day, but that’s normal for prep and to be expected.
Followed by some one to one posing clients this afternoon.
Tomorrow hams & glutes and filming for my YouTube! Hope it’s a good one!

Hey guys, another 1lb down this morning. We are ready upper and midsection, just a little more off the hams / glutes / hip detail.
So we continue pushing to bring new detail!
Glutes session today! Super session! Only one working set of leg press and lunges now!

A big drop on the scales this morning! Things are moving nicely!
We’ve had rest day today!
Lots of one to one posing clients today. Then we had a goodstyle team shoot which was fun!
This evening I went to a family birthday party which was so lovely to catch up with everyone 🙂 another busy week ahead!

Hey guys;
Only 0.2lbs up from yesterday even with a second day high day. However back to baseline today as we have body fat to shift.
A busy day today, bridesmaid dress fitting this morning before meeting a client for a glutes session.
Then an afternoon of posing clients!
I also need to start getting organised for shows with bikinis / booking things, feel like I’ve been very focused on the house move, now all that is in place I can start getting organised with shows! Another super busy day tomorrow!

Hey! I agree with the guys above here! I would pull down for another 4 weeks or so, then once in a more responsive position you can taper food up gradually 200-300kcal and see where body composition sits with that. Keep us updated 🙂

Hey guys,
Scale weight stayed exactly the same after yesterday’s high day, so we ran exactly the same today! Both days just steps only.
Tomorrow we resume to normal, with cardio and baseline diet.
I’ve also had some adjustments to supplements, Anavar is now 10mg daily, primo 30mg / wk.
Everything else remains the same 🙂

It’s very person dependant, however I would have your high carb meals around your training window to fuel your session and recovery.
Many prefer to start their day with a protein fat breakfast too, again this is personal preference dependent.
What does your current diet set up look like please?

Today we was super flat, so after check in this morning nath wanted a high day today for hams & glutes. Then we will assess the response tomorrow
Todays food went as follows
M1 2 whole eggs, 100ml egg whites. veg, 75g cor, 100g berries
M2 – 100g chicken , 75g jasmine rice, veg, 100g mango,
Pre 25g iso, 100g cor, 100g berries, 20g dark choc
Intra as usual
Post 100g chicken, 100g jasmine rice, 100g mango, 2 caramel snack a jacks
M5 100g beef, 300g potatoes, 100g mango
M6 25g whey, 100g oats 100g berries, 20g almond butter
Looking forward to seeing a little more fullness before we push back on 🙂

Hey guys!
Rest day for me today due to long day of travelling yesterday, then we head back into the gym tomorrow for hams & glutes!
I’ve had a super busy day catching up on work, some posing clients, washing, sorting from the trip etc!
But it all got done! Should be fully sorted in the next couple of days 🙂 feel better already being back in my routine and seeing the doggies

If you head over to Jordan’s YouTube and the education videos on here he talks through how to set up your session.
Then I would choose exercises that you have kit available at the gym, trial the session, see how it feels and then go from there

Hey guys, a very very long day of tackling!first we got delayed at Dallas airport , then we got delayed on the run way at Heathrow airport.
Loads of traffic on the drive home too unfortunately!
I was so ready for my own bed! Rest today today and back to it tomorrow!
