    Hams & glutes for me today πŸ™‚ felt so much better upon wake for taking an additional rest day yesterday.

    Check in today for Kuba, no changes today but more than likely a change next check in πŸ”₯🀌🏻

    Hopefully soon I will be very lean, too lean for bikini πŸ˜‚ then we fill back up πŸ˜„πŸ€ŒπŸ»

    Yes you can do either or, it is entirely dependent on your current daily set up whether you may make an increase on just training day, or both training and rest days.

    Hey guys!

    Rest day for me today! Had a busy day planned but also feeling a touch run down. Plan to train tomorrow still but may run a deload will see what kuba says in check in tomorrow.

    Client work and an in person check in today, then I helped out at my old dancing schools show today helping the kids with quick changes etc, felt like I had never stopped being back with everyone, bringing back fantastic memories!

    Then spent some time at my mum and dads to see them on Father’s Day.

    Yes! The show in Norway is the 15th October! πŸ˜„ that would be awesome! IF I turn pro before, then I would need to check to see if the show has a pro bikini class or not. But if I don’t, then I will be competing as an amateur trying to get my pro card πŸ˜„πŸ€ŒπŸ»

    I agree with both Clare and hilly here! Once your client has a little more knowledge on nutrition and nutrient timing in sports (endurance in his case), it may even help with potential binges as his calories will be higher on the bike days.

    Use higher volume foods to keep his satiety throughout the rest of the day.

    Hey guys!

    Weight down 1lbs from yesterdays increase but still up. Still look a little inflamed/holding a bit of fluid due to coming on soon.

    I predict a weight drop Mon/Tuesday to my lowest so far. Then potentially changes will be due middle/back end of next week πŸ™‚

    Busy day for me in the studio, then a really good upper session and posing. I trained with a friend today which was really nice!

    Then catch up on laptop work when home, me and Nathan are just about to put a film on to spend a bit of time together chilling out. πŸ™‚

    Hey All

    Rest Day for me today.

    A nice morning of posing at the gym with @phoebegoodwin I’m very certain of my I walk now just a case of keeping practising it each day to make sure it’s super sharp!

    Then an afternoon of working, spending time with Kuba and seeing my parents.

    A nice day and very ready for hams tomorrow we will head up again to Manchester so will be a fun day!

    If you are not in a competition prep where everything should be monitored daily, then a weekly step target is fine.

    Busier days at work are out of your control, but if hitting your steps across the week works for you then stick to tracking them weekly.

    Hey guys!

    Rest day for me today! I had a 2lbs increase on the scale this morning, probably a combination of inflammation from yesterdays leg day and it may be coming up to TOTM (I have just broke out in a few spots in my chin – which is hormonal area).

    I do feel like I look inflamed on my pictures too, so hopefully after todays rest day I should see a less inflamed look in the morning.

    This am I had a felly for a sports massage and we are concentrating on my left shoulder/trap & scap area. I really wriggle externally rotating that side, which is an issue in my rear pose. The leaner i get the more obvious it is, and it is causing me to not look symmetrical in my rear pose. I have some additional exercises to add into my mobility drills to.

    This will be sorted for show day πŸ™‚

    Leg day today for me with Jadey filming for the site.

    We ran with jades session, a little different to mine.

    The session went as follows:

    BB hip thrust
    Bulgarian split squat
    High and wide leg press
    Single leg RDL
    Glute kickbacks

    A very good, but tough session!

    I agree with both Clare and Kiera here.

    I personally like to have my rest days with lower carbs in my structured meal plan, but then one of my rest days I would have an off plan meal, so would pre plan and lower the carbs a little more throughout the day.
