I personally would always opt for glucose & fructose combined post workout, for example whey iso, cream of rice & then some fruit.
But long as it digests well for you! That will be perfect.

Today officially hit the 6 weeks out mark from the regional! I will pop some pics below too! Kuba is happy with the changes my physique has made since he saw me in person last Sunday! So no changes for me! 😄
It was also the MK sponsored 2bros show and lots of us went to support, it was a fantastic day!
Nathan & Alix both smashed their guest spot as well! So it was a really really great day!

Hey guys!
So prep hit today 😄😆 I had my first real prep day last Friday, then today I felt the 6 week out mark!
Nothing major, just felt it! But this is the part where we thrive, where we know we have to dig in to ensure there is mod body else out working us. 🙂
It was also leg day, every exercise matched so very happy!
Tomorrow is a very very fun day, we are at the mk sponsored 2bros show, there is a big bunch of us going to watch and support everyone too so it will be a fantastic, bodybuilding filled day! 😄🤌🏻

If you take a few days rest and eliminate the headaches from post leg day and start a fresh. Keep a journal of what exercise the headaches start after (if you can pin point this).
I would potentially look at recording all of your top sets on leg day to see if you can see where you may be holding your breathe.

I agree with Hilly here, it isn’t something I would do or have heard other coaches of using unless levels were elevated.
Just concentrate on getting the body fat off with a calorie deficit and output manipulation for the athlete. 🙂

Hey guys! Hope everyone is well!
Weight is back down again after the fluctuation yesterday, I feel like today I will have dropped too! There’s definitely some new lines in my lower, but kuba is going to assess changes at the weekend no doubt when he sees me in person. But if the physique is responding, I am happy 🙂
Had a really good upper session today too! I feel much smaller though. Starting to feel long…. This is how I feel when I’m getting leaner. Hopefully this time I don’t look too ‘long’ now I have a little more muscle 😂🤞

Hey will, I would keep an eye on it, but hopefully In a few days this should go down. It could just be a ‘bad jab’
If in a few days it hasn’t gone down then I would advice to go and see the GP.

Add boiling water, pop a lid onto, leave to cook. I also would microwave for around 2-3 mins after aswell 🙂 cream of rice is a perfect alternative to rice flakes!

Rest day for me today! Weight was up this morning, probably due to inflammation from legs yesterday and combination with the heat!
Had a really busy day today with work and posing clients, but busy is good! 😄🤞
Tomorrow is check in day and upper! Should be my sports massage but that will have to wait as their is a baby on the way!

Hey Kedanie,
I personally wouldn’t opt for chicken thigh at all on a competition prep due to it being higher in fat.
Why not swap for a different protein source that has a better amino acid profile such as white fish, prawns, turkey breast, 2% turkey mince.

Hey Kedanie are you wanting to know what amount or how to measure?
I currently weigh my salt out per meal. I use fine pink Himalayan salt & a 1g salt spoon from Amazon! I put 1.5 scoop on each meal & 1g in my intra. I keep this consistent daily, the only time I will change this is if we manipulate sodium intake during peak week.

Hey guys!
A busy day today but really good one! Took some content with the JP supplements this morning with nath and Alex.
Then we filmed legs with jade and Ed for the site! Today we went into a little more detail about our preps, our changes so far and also how important it is to have a consistent and structured improvement season if you are wanting to make the most progress.
It was also check in day today! No changes from Kuba as he is happy that my legs are starting to come in now! I just keep ticking the boxes daily! 😄
