    I fully agree with Jordan here. Have you only been getting dizzy and blurry vision since you have been ill or was you getting this previous to sinusitis?

    What is your BP?

    I would also advice getting your bloods done to investigate this further

    An update from me with a change in food, which is the first change in about 6 weeks so kuba predicts these changes will have me ready in about 10 days! Which is fabulous!

    Steps 14000 daily

    High day
    Medium
    Low

    Lower Training day food

    – meal 1 – 1 whole 3 egg whites 100g veggies of choice
    50g COR 100g berries

    – Meal 2 – 100g prawns 100g potaotes 150g veggies

    – Meal 3 – 100g cor 150g frozen fruit mix 20g iso 20g dark choc

    – Intra 25 g mps max 20g sustain 10 g creatine 10 g glutamine

    I would be adding in a mixture of HIIT and LISS for sure.

    Try adding in on rest days some HIIT on the bike/stepper/battle ropes, start with 5 x 20s on / 40s recovery, then increase to 5 x 30/30, you can then continue to increase the amount of time working Vs recovery & the sets.

    I would always keep cardio away from the training window if possible to avoid taking away from your recovery.

    Hey guys!

    Checked in with kuba in person today and he is happy, but for sure will be making some changes tomorrow/over the next few days to really push for the condition in my lower and then fill me up about 12 days prior show day!

    So I’m buzzed for it! Get these legs ready 🤌🏻😁😂

    A really good leg session today too! The cybex leg press is in and I love it! Must be my favourite leg press EVER!

    Some really good posing sessions today too! Everybody is getting really close now to their shows so it’s super exciting too see their physiques unfold!

    Hey Guys

    Rest Day for me today – 2nd of the deload – I was really run down / ran into the ground so this is needed to ensure my look in 6 weeks isn’t witherd as I’m getting quite lean.

    I thought I’d share todays look as I haven’t shared my physique for some time on here 🙂 Kuba is really happy with where I am.

    This weekend on Saturday my assistance cycle will be re added at 10mg daily of primobolan

    My supps away from that haven’t changed since around week 4 of prep so – 2iu fasted gh, 100mcg t4, 25mcg t3, 80mcg clen, 40mg telmarsatan, 500mg metaformin

    I’m a big lover of performance protein in chocolate orange, or it has to be whey iso in salted caramel or triple choc. These are my go too’s!

    Hey guys!

    Rest day for me here. A bump in scale weight (which I expected) but for now it’s to not let this cause me to loose my head and think I am not on track.

    Because in the back end of prep it is very easy to see everything with prep goggles on.

    I’ve caught up on lots of work, chilled with arnie, my sister and niece came round to visit me and got here just as I was posing, so it was great for my sister to have a look over my routine!

    This evening I am just going to chill out and catch up on messages 🙂

    Hey guys!

    A little fluctuation in scale weight which is to be expected this week with the additional supps added in on Saturday.

    After feeling a touch deflated with how I looked yesterday, I’ve had a really good hams & glutes session today, followed by some posing and I am back to feeling my normal self again :).

    Here is todays session as it’s the first time on this rotation since the small adjustments to training set up.

    1.Bb hip thrust – 3 sets 12-15: micro pause at top and bottom no momentum

    2.Single leg Lying leg curl – 1 second re pause in stretch each set – 1 set 10-12, 1 set with et 12-15

    3.Paused BARBELL RDl Banded around the hip ( these we will keep loading slightly lighter again with lighter band and work in higher rep range – 2 set 12-15 reps 4s eccentrics pause in hole on rack or blocks to take out momentum and power up no pause at top keep the hips high and shift them back.

    4.Single leg leg press – 2 second pause in hole – 1 set 8-10, 1 set 12-15

    5 B stance single leg dumbbell RDL : 2 sets of 12-15 reps micro pause at top and bottom – use the hip don’t pull up. Full hip flexion and extension.

    Here is a post workout pic of my rear shot too. It’s coming, slowly but surely. The only plus side that my rear is my area that doesn’t like to get sharp is that they went for slightly softer girls from the rear in Saturdays bikini show. So that’s a positive for me! 😁🤞

    We have a Russel Hobbs ones from Amazon which is great, but I actually prefer our microwaveable rice cooker. You can purchase this from Amazon, very cheap but makes the rice nice and fluffy. I much prefer using either of these than cooking rice in a pan 🙂

    Try and work on the things you can control, a good nutritious diet, plenty of sleep, staying well hydrated, keeping fit and healthy, limiting any kind of stress to be as stress free as possible

    Hey guys,

    Rest day for me today from Kuba’s orders.

    Went to get my bloods done this am (forgot my phone by accident), the junction on the motorway was closed so I followed the diversion and ended up getting lost in Rotherham with no sat nav, so I followed signs for Meadowhall to get me home lol so no bloods today but have arranged to get them done on Wednesday with nath 🙂

    It was also my nieces 1st birthday party, it was so nice to see everyone. It started to get tough after a few hours especially when everyone was enjoying a bbq and all kinds of party food bits so that was my time to leave and get back to arnie.

    Being fully transparent today too, I’ve had a moment where I’ve told myself im not good enough and are still very fat. I quickly talked myself out of it, but I think it’s a combination of being over tired from looking after arnie, and a very hungry day.

    Today might be the first time on prep that I have to keep myself busy whilst Nathan eats his sushi next meal too, but we shall see 🙂
