As long as you know, count and log what pin you are lifting, keep the machine consistent in your set up and keep progressing with it you don’t need to know the exact weight. 🙂

Happy Monday!
Leg day for me today! A really good, strong session! I am very happy with strength at this point in prep. I don’t think I have ever felt this strong when only a few weeks out from stage!
Which is a huge positive. Many athletes see a huge dip in performance towards the back end of prep, and to me this is where the physique starts to fade.
I’ve definitely had a few moments when I still feel like I’m holding a lot of body fat on my lower, but letting that affect you and your mood won’t help anything. So I quickly take off my prep goggles and just keep taking each day by day.
Apart from the ‘prep moments’ I am very happy with the look so far and I’m excited to see what I look like on stage!
Luckily the first show is a regional so we can take this as a little trial and make any adjustments as and where needed ready for the pro qualifier the week after. Rest day tomorrow!

Rest day today but a super busy day in the studio! 7 clients back to back, which is great, but it has taken it out of me. 🙈
I’ll be looking at my posing calendar as from now on I need to ensure I prioritise myself and my own prep too, and that means ensuring I don’t have too many things in one day.
Tomorrow is leg day 🤌🏻

I fully agree with the guys above here. At the back end of prep, direct fats may be pulled completely and protein sources will be changed to lean protein sources only. This is for a short period, but we do what we have to to ensure we are in shape.
Post show fats should be increased immediately to prioritise ensuring all your health markers return to an optimal range.

Glute mead kickback – 3 x 12-15
1. Lying leg curl – : 2 x 12-15
2. Dumbbell RDL – 2 x 8-10
3. Front foot elevated split squat – 2 x 10-12
4. leg press glute bias stance – 1 x 10-12, 12-15
5. 45 hyper extension – 2 x 10-12
Rest day tomorrow, but a busy day in the studio of 7 posing clients! So this evening a film and early night for sure!

Generally in a dieting phase your fasting BG will be low.
Take your fasted BG regular times per week, the same time every morning and correlate the data as everybody is different.

Firstly make sure you are including food sources that you like and enjoy into your diet plan. Anything you have been hugely craving, you can have majority of foods in moderation, this should hoping help with the cravings.
I would increase you veggies and salads per meal, I would also look to make food swaps wherever needed to ensure you are having the most voluminous meals.
If you find you are still struggling with sticking to maintenance calories and are going over way too much, I would look at increasing your daily calories intake to avoid this happening more, as over time this will be much more beneficial.

Hey guys!
Rest day for me today, but a very busy one.
Client work first thing before an In person check in with Kuba. He is happy and seems confident that we are very much on schedule, and I feel we are too which is great to feel. I will be cruising in the show nice and fresh.
Then I road trip down to cojo’s for tbjp shoot with the girlies on the team. It was a long drive and I was feeling it being this close to stage, but I think we was all feeling it!
Here are some comparison pics from just under 4 weeks out last year VS just over 3 weeks out this year. Same scale weight in both.
