Hey guys!
Rest day for me today! A morning of client work & posing clients, then a sports massage with rice followed by a curly blow dry.
This afternoon will consist of some work bits and packing everything together ready for the flight in the morning!!!
We are Austria bound tomorrow! Woohoooo
Todays food
Provisional food, it may change need be but today we run below. All we need is to sustain this look now so food doesn’t need to be highs
151/152 lbs is the look. We need to be on on today is little too watery but will come together
Steps keep 8000/10000 nothing forced just lots of posing.
* Rest day nutrition
– Meal 1 – 100g salmon 100g veggies
– Meal 2 – 100g chicken 40g avocado 100g veggies 50g rice
– Meal 3 – 100g Prawns 100g veggies 50g rice
– Meal 4 – 50g oats 30g cor 20g dark choc 20g iso 100g berries
– Meal 5 – 100g prawns,50g rice 50g avocado , mixed green veggies

Hey guys!
Today I woke up very watery and smooth, probably a combination of the off plan which was a little greasy and more than likely a little stress.
I had a little prep moment of doubt creep in from yesterday as I let some comments from socials get too me. But after speaking to my circle I am now back to feeling positive and back to me again. I’ve had a really good leg session today too which helped hugely!
Also, I was incorrect yesterday, I am going to training at full volume as kuba does want inflammation and fullness, will be just leaving a few reps in reserve!
Today was legs full volume. Supps all the same, clen at 40mcg.
Here is todays food
Lower Training day food
– meal 1 – 1 whole 3 egg whites 100g veggies of choice
75g COR 100g berries– Meal 2 – 100g prawns 75g rice 5 g oil 75g veggied
– Meal 3 – 100g cor 150g frozen fruit mix 20g iso 20g dark choc
– Intra 25 g mps max 20g sustain 10 g creatine 10 g glutamine
– Meal 4
– 100g cor 30g iso 150g fruit– meal 5 – 100g prawns , 75g rice 100g veggies

I fully agree with kuba here! If you struggle to go 60sec all out to start off with, you could start a touch lower at 30/40sec and then increase as your fitness levels improve. But it is very person dependent

Today was my top up day for my upper – I had some really constructive feedback from head judge Jack Sullivan at the British, saying my conditioning / flow / posing was great but I need to fill out my frame, specifically width & thickness in my lats as well as bigger delts. So that’s what we’re doing! Session went as follows:
– Nautilus pull down
– Low row lat focus
– Hammer strength upper back focused row
– Cuff side raises
– Cable front raises superset with DB front raises
– Flat chest press (nautilus today)
– Calves
I had an awesome session, so was super happy & had a great pump. Feeling strong & very positive in and out of the gym which is great! Weight is also not jumping too much, about 4.2kg above stage weight now.
Rest of the day I spent doing some shopping with my Mum, then we went out for a lovely lunch – I had steak and chips which was very welcomed after this morning! Now just ready to watch a film & rest up before hitting legs tomorrow!!xx

I do feel like the nasal tanners tend to make your face more tanned rather than your body. But IMO the inj are better than the nasal ones.
I like to have them at night so you can sleep on any ‘sicky’ feeling it may give you, but after the first few days you tend to get used to it

Last session of the week done and dusted, arms and 1 medial delt and rear delt exercise. Always a nice session to end the week, not too taxing but always get a good connection.
Could definitely feel myself flattening off towards the end of the week, but it’s to be expected with food being lowered and expenditure being increased.
Tomorrow is check in day, so once I know the plan from Cal I will keep you guys updated!

Hey guys! Happy Sunday and hope everyone is enjoying their bank holiday!
Today we travel back home and it’s rest day for me 🙂 woke up this morning looking tighter from the rear, my body likes chips that’s for sure.
I’m extremely confident in Kuba’s plan he has set for me this week.
Here is my food for today
* Rest day nutrition
– Meal 1 – 100g salmon 100g veggies 100g sourdough 1 egg
– Meal 2 – 100g chicken 40g avocado 100g veggies 50g rice
– Meal 3 – 100g Prawns 100g veggies 50g rice 10h dark choc
– Meal 4 – 50g oats 20g dark choc 20g iso 100g berries
– Meal 5 – 100g prawns, 150g potatoes, mixed green veggies
– Meal 6 – 100g steak 500g chips
Tomorrow I have in person check in with kuba, will be legs full out before we start to rest and pull back. Upper body training has been pulled this week apart from a touch of side delts tagged onto Thursdays glutes day. I will update you all on my change of sessions, just sessions to keep me full, nothing to cause any inflammation.

I’ve had to watch lines disappear this week, so luckily I haven’t let this affect me mentally know that I’m not as lean as what I was this time last week. But I have a criteria to hit! Bikini isn’t about who can be the leanest, it’s about being lean in all the right places with nice full round muscles.

I agree with both megs and Jordan here. Some people are blessed with fantastic genetics, but that doesn’t mean that those who don’t have great genetics don’t end up doing well.
If you try hard and put the work in, you can make yourself good at nearly anything 🙂
