Show day done and dusted for me!
5th place today! I was soo happy with the look we took to stage, definitely my favourite look! I wasn’t what the judges was looking for today, unfortunately! But i went into the show with no expectations and now we prepare for the next one!

I agree with Clare here. Find what works for you, bring your steps down lower Monday-Friday to allow for those extra steps on a weekend. Then you could look at your diet set up and adjust food for the weekend if needed.

I have also done a little pump session today focusing on the glutes and some side delt raises!

125g COR 100g banana– Meal 2 – 75g prawns 100g rice 10g oil 75g banana 3 creatine
– Meal 3 – 100g cor 150g frozen fruit mix 20g iso 20g dark choc 3 creatine
– Intra 25 g mps max 40g sustain 10 g creatine 10 g glutamine

All tanned up, last meal is in and we are tightening up nicely! The fullness is there but I feel tighter than I did last weekend so excited to see the look in the morning! 😁🤞🤞🤞🤞

Hey Tyler,
I like to shave and also shave Nathan the day before the tan so now tan can get in any hair follicles etc.
But apart from that agree with everything clare says!Only do a little pump up so you don’t get too hot and sweaty, mainly concentrate on doing a few rounds of posing before you go on rather than pumping up as this will see you get tighter and tighter.

2 days out 🤯
Not sure where the last 20 weeks have gone but here we are. Kuba is very happy with the look today so decision made to very slightly increase food. Sodium and water same again today.
In for an upper body session this afternoon. Obviously no heroics just two exercises and two sets per exercise at about 80%
Current diet:
* Training day nutrition
– meal 1 150g berries
100g cream of rice 40 iso whey
30g dark choc
– meal 2 175g chicken 100g rice 50g avocado
50g apple
– Meal 3 175 g steak 10g dark chic
600g potaotes 100g pineapple
– Meal 4 pre 100g rice 150g berries 150g chicken 100g greens 20g dark choc
– Intra 15 g eaa 20 g sustain 5g creatine 10 g glutamine
– Meal 5 140g g rice based cereal 50g isolate 100g fruit
– Meal 6 150g chicken 100g asparagus or spinach 100g rice 100g berries 50g avocado

For me one rotation I have DB laterals to start and the other I have cable cuffed laterals to start, which I like 🙂

Hey guys! Happy Friday!
Woke up this morning 1.8lbs up (151lbs) looking much fuller and so much better that yesterday!
If I drop below 150lbs we know that where I flatten off from the date we have collected over the past week or soo. Today was rest day for me today! But I did do a little posing in the gym.
I’ve done as little as possible today to ensure I’m well rested, it’s easier to do less when I’m not at home with other distractions. I can just focus on getting the job done 🙂
Todays food
– Meal 1 – 100g salmon 100g veggies 50g cor
– Meal 2 – 100g chicken 50g avocado 100g veggies 50g rice 2 rice cakes
– Meal 3 – 100g Prawns 100g veggies 50g rice 2 caramel rice cakes
– Meal 4 – 50g oats 50g cor 20g dark choc 20g iso 100g berries
– Meal 5 – 100g prawns,50g rice 50g avocado , mixed green veggies
– Meal 6 – 25g oats 50g cor 20g iso 150g berries 25g dark choc
Here are some pics from the gym earlier. Will look much better with a pump on, tomorrow I will be doing a pump session to ensure the glutes in particular are nice and full on Sunday!

Woke up the same weight as yesterday and room to fill up, so food has been increased today!
Looking so much better after a day of higher food and a good old glutes + side delts session!
Post workout pics, the glutes are looking more 3D, which is exactly what we want! We went to Das gym today in vienna and it was epic! The gym is so iconic and we met some lovely people there too! Very welcoming and friendly. We will be going back there tomorrow, for me it’s a rest day so I will just be going over some posing myself in the posing room then look over the boys.
Not going to lie my head very nearly fell off at the start of the week, BUT, I am very happy with the look now. Time to bring my best to the Austrian oak pro qualifier 🙂
There’s going to be some fantastic bikini girls all with the same goal, so what it comes down to is who fits the criteria the best on the day.

I wouldn’t stress about timing your water so structured, but I do feel like it helps massively if you set yourself a little target.
For myself I aim for 2L before 10:30am ish
Then aim for another 2 before 3pm ish
Then another 2 before 8pmI always have 1.5L water with my intra too 🙂

Hey guys! Touch down in Austria 🇦🇹
Today I woke up with a big drop in weight, it was necessary to have lower food days to ensure I’d flushed the water from the previous few days, but boy I felt it!
Had some food changes for today, I’m looking forward to waking up and seeing the true look after a good nights sleep too.

Currently 4 days out 🙂 super glad we travelling nice and early before the show so these next few days we can just concentrate on ourselves and concentrate on bringing our best!
